Forget the attacks on Beth Holloway and accusations of improperly exploited what she's been though and going through.

It's a waste of time to spend any energy on it.

Who knows what happened to Natalee? Joran and Jan van der straaten the Chief of Police when Natalee disappeared, and good friend of the late "premeditated murder" Paulus van der sloot.

He's on Aruba again, just sitting on the crime, sitting in his own shitstorm and Natalee's remains.

Would he talk? His reaction to Beth will say it all, like Paulus running away, cowering while Dave searched the garbage dump for his daughter.

Van der straaten is the case now.

Everything else including Joran is a distraction. The last pieces of their house of cards are van der straaten and the van der sloot property.

Confront van der straaten again and ask him exactly what evidence he claims to have seen that warranted the comment, "This is murder, I've seen the evidence and you haven't?"

This was his answer when he was asked about the 2 security guards who were in jail, accused of murder.

How did Natalee go from murdered to disappeared? Van der straaten knows.

Great quote from a lawyer who's been to prisons in Peru.

For $50 he said, an inmate would cut Joran's throat. And for a white Dutch guy who killed a local girl, the bidding war will end in doing it for reasons other than money. It's the "Gates of Hell."

Joran is asking for a white lawyer. He used the word "Dutch" but you know... His father, the only one ever charged with Premeditated Murder died, his heart squeezed while staring at the sun on a tennis court. What a beautiful "oh shit" moment. His words of "I'll do anything to protect my son," strangling him and squeezing the life out him, like a giant hand taking him away. Or the crunching of a cockroach under your feet.

And just when you thought it couldn't get any more shallow, Joe Tacopina, the lawyer who doesn't practice was reaching into his old script about the beach flasher in Aruba and theorizing there may have been a dust bunny hiding in the room who killed Stephany Flores. Gone is the "he's a sweet kid" and "he's a straight A student" and the deflection onto Natalee's responsibility.

What does it cost to shame yourself on national TV? Then he defends himself as being a lawyer before being a person. With 4 daughters, you're Gates of Hell could be way more painful than the van der sloots is.

But Joe Tacopina is in line behind Jan van der straaten, the Chief of Police, and Dennis Jacobs, the lead investigator. They had those two black guys locked up right away for 10 days and then ran away.

Jan van der straaten, for saying it was "murder," because "you've seen the evidence." Then not telling us what that "evidence" was. For asking Natalee's Mom if she had a history of seizures and not telling her why you were asking. For threatening to do nothing, instead of protecting the next Natalee, if Beth Holloway didn't leave you alone. Was that like Joran killing her because she looked into his "private life?"

Does it get any more cowardly and sleazy than these Dutch guys? And really, whatever the name of that group was that thought the Soprano's was offensive to the Italian Community, have you seen this greaseball Joe Tacopina?

Serial Killers are not born that way, they are made. Paulus van der sloot raped and killed Natalee Holloway. Doesn't seem to matter now, but all of this for Joran van der sloot? This was always about the adults, like college professors, they use the young and naiive for their own purpose, and Paulus van der sloot and Jan van der straaten did not cover this up to protect someone who would already be out of jail if charged in Aruba as a minor.

So Paulus van der sloot got his day in court. Dead. Clutching his black heart.

The conventional wisdom refers to him as the one responsible for covering up the murder of Natalee Holloway to "protect" his son. Another distraction.

Paulus van der sloot murdered Natalee Holloway.

To engineer this injustice required adults. The Chief of Police, the lead investigator and the Prosecutor, all friends of Paulus van der sloot. The lengths these people went to was not for a minor, who by now would possibly be out of jail.
They covered for their friend, not his son.

Only one person was arrested for premeditated murder: Paulus van der sloot.

As Deepak Kalpoe said when he was secretly recorded: "You're own father, unbelievable."

First they played the race card by falsely arresting 2 black security guards, and it worked for awhile. In the world of tourist destination, that would not be surprising, right?

Even Joran, date-raping a tourist, not something that would be that shocking.

But a judge, a Dutch official on a Caribbean Island, targeting a blond tourist? That is a nightmare for the Dutch. But it is the reason they went to such lengths to protect the truth from coming out, spending millions to prevent that story from being told.

Joran didn't need to risk much for sex and drugs and money, he already had it, and it was easy. But his father, he risked alot, including his and Aruba's reputation.

His wife was out of town...His fat and ugly bull of a wife was coming back the next day. The pimp he was financing was Joran. And his sick thinking that "protecting" his son was more of a masculine gesture than raping and killing Natalee.

To call him a man, just doesn't fit. I hope Jan and Joran and the Kalpoe's are chewing on his memory and avoiding mirrors, because there you go too, and we'll remember you that way too.

When I heard he died on a tennis court my first thought was: Playing tennis? How does someone do that, or anything for that matter when you've raped and murdered someone? And the very thing I wanted, his death was underwhelming. He got less than he deserved. I had fantasies of how he should die and when he did, it was less than worth it, he wasn't worth even satisfaction.

Paulus is the lucky one. His pain is over and yet ours goes on. By "ours" I mean the best people I've ever had the good fortune to know, those involved in this story. The tireless anonymous people behind an epic story of the power of our desire for justice, something that really touches the soul, places I didn't know existed before. Human qualities this dark and evil balanced by qualities so bright and good.

Joran was covering for his father, they had 10 days and a complicit Prosecutor, Chief of Police and a group of judges to construct their fiction. Joran didn't have to kill Natalee.

But Paulus did. He even named it: "No body, no crime."

I can hear justice coming. I feel it, know it.

Aruba: Not fading away...

The Natalee Holloway story was the most most widely read crime story in 2008. Almost 4 years after Natalee was murdered by Paulus van der sloot, a Dutch Citizen and employee of the Aruban Prosecutor's office.

For islands that compete for tourist attention, you can't buy this kind of coverage. And yet, the new head of AHATA, Alfonso Riveroll, is saying that Aruba has "fared well" in it's handling of the media.

The amazing thing is these people actually believe this. They feel victimized. It's not that absurd when you think of the narcissistic cases of greed all over the place.

But it also says something about Aruba that nobody really wants to stand behind justice or Aruba. Nobody really cares enough despite all the words about the "good people of Aruba." You know, the ones we never see or read about. Where are they and what are they doing?

For more money they would overnight be "good people of Martinque" or the "good people of Anywhere." What's the difference?

Mickey John, the innocent security guard they tried to frame for Natalee's murder said it early and said it best, "it's a Dutch mess."

Now how would he know that? Mr. John no doubt appalled, but not surprised, and his own treatment at the hands of the Dutch, but the treatment of Natalee at the hands of the Dutch.

Paulus van der sloot, Jan van der straaten, Karin janssen, Hans Mos. None of these people has told the truth, none of them.

"Faring well?" Look for this story to remain the most read next year and any year until one of these people is compelled to tell the truth.

When you witnessed a crime like this, and that's what it feels like, you almost cannot stop until the savages receive justice. And Natalee's parents, who have battled so hard, and made us believe we would be that way too, can bury their daughter.

Aruba: Hope a' dope

It's not only Barack Obama who's doing the hope a' dope to dodge the truth, to articulate a story to soothe the ego, and avoid any honesty at all. Floating ideas not based in any reality, like high paid defense lawyers for the guilty. Where proving it is more of a campaign and a game than a committment to justice.

Creating distractions and fracturing the guilty and making even the targets of corruption impossible to pin down. Dodging and weaving and lying.

Racehorse Hanes, the Texas lawyer who got many well-heeled defendants off from serious charges had a wall in his office which displayed the murder weapons of his "innocent" clients...

Holland has been doing this for 3 1/2 years in Aruba and it's depravity on every level makes it the portrait for how violent a world we're in. And how much violence it takes to resist this kind of savagery.

And self-styled diplomats talk about human rights and victim's rights but unless it's on a large enough scale they just ignore all the little people. The Holloway family suffers it's pain in public so the Dutch can feel shame in private.

The Defensive Dutch, so self-conscious about "appearances" that they actually believed the black on white crime story they floated would work. And the innocent black men were just collateral damage. "It could be true" if we say it enough times.

And because accountability has been so diluted, and the story pieced out so scattershot, filtered by lies meant to distract, it's just too much work for weak and self-conscious populice in the U.S. and in Holland. Haley Barbour, the bloated senator would blend easily in the Dutch Parliment.

Jan van der straaten and Karin Janssen knowingly arrested 2 innocent black men for 10 days to clean up Natalee and the mess they made of her.

It rings even more sick as time goes by. The shame living inside these people is like a bomb that's ready. And shameful people act suspicious and use deceit to keep their minds occupied.

"We'll get back to you."

Like Obama's arrogant "we'll tell you what really happened" so has Aruba tried to describe a possible scenario. But the Public Relations description is just a story.

How can 9 people be arrested for charges ranging from premeditated murder to heavy battery to rape to kidnapping and at the same time call this a "disappearance?"

Maybe the tourism board really is in charge of the investigation. But they have clearly failed, despite the rhetoric, every time AHATA does the translation of murder, or rape, it comes out "disappeared."

"It's like she just vanished," said Arlene Schippers, this comment from an Attorney in Aruba paid to speak for AHATA and interpret and translate the charges.

Yet they also call it a "tragedy" and "mistakes were made." All words vague enough to attempt to create doubt. Yet they never get to a point, just a jousting of phrases, retractions, misunderstanding of the Aruba legal system.

A place where there is no reason to tell the truth, where there are no consequences for lying and deceiving. Dodging and weaving, letting out snippets of what was a savage crime.

The self consciousness and denial so blatant, so detached from any believability and scattered as to remove any target big enough to be caught.

Now there is a call from Rudy Croes to investigate the investigation. But they already said "mistakes were made." What mistakes? And are they "mistakes" like Natalee is "disappeared?"

The guilty go quiet, don't want to discuss it, move on, we have other things to do. Trapped by their own shame they can't even think about the next victim. Watching the downward spiral of Joran van der sloot is like a Dutch Truman Show.

Paulus van der sloot is the only one arrested for premediated murder. Why? Where in the beach story does that fit?

The van der sloot house is the one place they never speak about and yet the court in Aruba has already confirmed that Paulus had at least 2 contacts with Natalee the night she "disappeared."

What? 2 contacts with Natalee, when ?

There was hope in Hans Mos, and yet the reality is he has displayed the same arrogance and lack of spine as all the other Dutch officials with titles. Like a constipated bird sitting on his shitload of evidence making sure no one sees how much he hasn't done, he tightlips his comments like an insane teenager. Petty, self conscious, totally phony.

Exactly like the last Dutch Prosecutor, Karin Janssen. False hopes that never had a chance. Mr. Mos is now saying he has some more evidence that's just come in, and he may not be able to close the case this month. His dodging and weaving, or shucking and jiving, the hope a' dope meant to outlast the call for justice.

Is it finally clear that all this resistance is not for Joran van der sloot? I'm almost ready to call him irrelevant at this point. He's just a by product of his elders, specifically his father.

Alfonso Riveroll: Lost in Transition

Alfonso Riveroll the new head of AHATA, not to be confused with ATA or ATIA , the new spokesperson, gave a speech considered "excellent" by the paid bobbleheads.

"He was visibly excited" said A.M. Digital, a local paper. I wonder what that means in Aruba? Was the reporter under the podium?

A business owner, stepping in, probably hasn't been to Aruba in years, but is he doing this out of necessity? Is this really a pleasure Alfonso, or "just business?" With the recent comments by Hero Brinkman and Rudy Croes regarding the former Chief of Police interfering with the crucial first days, the cover up of a crime, will AHATA be commenting? Or will you support this investigation? Whatever is most profitable is the obvious answer but can that be accomplished with the truth about what happened to Natalee or is that impossible?

Is keeping her "disappeared" the strategic plan or will you help her family bury her?

Riveroll says "Aruba's image has been tarnished" and they have "fared well." "They have fared well?" Does that mean another American girl will be sacrificied soon? So you can fare well-er all over again?

Alfonso did say "they need to minimize the impact of the Natalee Holloway disappearance."

He of course doesn't mean the impact on Natalee or her family, I guess he's referring to the impact on Aruba, the country that has "fared well."

So the obvious question is how is he going to do that? Up until now they have been trying to erase the event, the crime, the savagery, from reality. Let's see: they have blamed it on Natalee and that didn't work. They have tried to frame two innocent black guys and that didn't work.
They tried to blame the media and that didn't work. They tried to use the media to paint their own picture, and that didn't work. They tried to blame Natalee's Mom and that didn't work.

They haven't tried blaming the Dutch van der sloot, the Chief van der straaten or Prosecutors Mos and Janssen. I guess because that may be awkward, the truth can do that.

Even though when the guards couldn't be framed, the Aruba Police told us that AHATA was actually in charge of the investigation, they have no legal authority.

And it's pretty obvious that the term "fared well" is a corporate slogan meant to, I don't know, do something...I guess. The brand has been damaged, he knows that, so what is he planning?

If the American market is still in their sights, they will not succeed. This is the group who pays Joe Tacopina and John Pauly, guys who don't make anyone say, "gee, I need to go to Aruba." They make Aruba seem seedy by their employ.

Will a name change help? That will not only lessen the impact of the Natalee Holloway disappearance it will be like declaring bankrupcy and starting over. So the new Aruba, whatever the name is will not be the same Aruba. Mr. Riveroll has tried this before. Last year he suggested to the Detroit Lions that if they changed their name to the Detroit Grizzly Bears they would win the Super Bowl.

It's all in a name. Aruba-murder-Natalee-vandersloot-Dutch.

They continue to pitch the word "disappeared" instead of "murdered." It's now clear this was their idea, a strategy. When it's the black guys it's murder, when it's the white Dutch guys it's "disappeared." When your a tourism board, in Aruba, you define reality.

But what now? Will Alfonso call out the Dutch? Will they do something to compel the Dutch to tell us what they already know? Will they give Natalee back to her parents so they can bury their disappeared daughter?

I'm betting no. It's still the island of blame.

Accepting reality and working toward finding Natalee is a concept lost on Aruba. Why is that? For years we've know the reason is that the truth is failure for AHATA, the truth will only forever alter the name Aruba.

Natale is not the only one to go from "murdered" to "disappeared." The Dutch have done this to Aruba also. But this is a step up from the "truth" or the murder and cover-up. Hence, they've "fared well." The truth was the goodbye wave. So the disappearance and the "mystery" is still a better option than the truth of a premeditated assault on a tourist and her murder. Will they build on that or confront the truth? "Mistakes were made" was an early-on slogan Aruba pitched. More marketing ideas from the group of letters.

Who's left to blame? Is this one last shot before you write this investment off?

Keeping Natalee "disappeared" is "faring well" in Aruba or we don't understand their "language."

If Natalee went from Carlos n Charley's to Deepak's car to the beach and then out in the ocean why would there need to be a coverup?

Only Deepak's car would have had any trace of Natalee.

Yet van der straaten and Janssen gave van der sloot 10 days by arresting the security guards for murder. For murder, and they had evidence, they had her body.

10 days, really.

This means there was alot of evidence.

It's not the beach that needed cleaning.

It's the van der sloot home, that's why they needed 10 days. She died at the van der sloot home and was there when Beth arrived.

They gave Deepak and the van der sloots 10 days.

This crime is unspeakable, and it's not surprising they don't want to talk about it. Do you realize how many people are silent?

The Shame is killing them.

Dutch Shame: Aruba

It wouldn't take a 10 day cover up attempt and false charges to hide an accident when a lie would suffice.

And if Natalee died of an overdose it would only take lies to blame Natalee. But no body, no overdose. So why did and does the cover up need to go on 3.5 years running?

Why?

And why would the Chief of Police and Prosecutor implicate themselves, after the fact, in serious crimes, to protect a 17 year old?

They wouldn't.

But they didn't come to Aruba because they were the top of their professions. I think van der straaten and Janssen actually believed they were doing their job. Their loyalty to their friend, a metaphor for the ruling class on a barbaric island.

These people don't make these decisions without their own cover. Calling Holland?

As easy as it is to see the cover up, it's just as easy to see it doesn't stop with a hack like Karin Janssen. Her silence now, and her coldness and inability to meet with Natalee's mom says it all for me. She lives with shame. Her only rationalization is her loyalty to Mother Holland.

But this crime was not an accident and it was certainly something that needed a reason for it's brutality.

Blame the black guys. How cynical, the Dutch didn't want the world to see who they really are, they figured they would hide behind what they believed, it had to be the black guys.

But it wasn't. It was the ruling Dutch, who don't want the world to see the worst of the worst.

Van der straaten, van der sloot and Janssen are the worst of the worst. Joran is just a by-product of how degenerate their soullessness is. Aruba is to Holland, what Joran is to his father. The repository for their waste, a reflection of the worst part of themselves, maybe all of themselves.

Natalee was still at the van der sloot house when the citizens searched Aruba. What seemed like a chase was the few honest Aruba Police chasing the dirty Police in a race to find her before she was obliterated.

The main suspect has now confessed for about the 25th time and the Minister of Justice has accused the Chief of Police of covering for his friend.

And Hans Mos, the chief Prosecutor is worried about the lack of starch in his shirts.

So another Christmas. Natalee would have been graduating from college this year, off to medical school.

Instead we have video of Joran trying to traffic girls from Thailand to Holland and Natalee is still missing, and no person is in jail.

Can you take a moment this season, and write officials in Holland and simply ask why?

Be nice, if you can, and ask that we get Natalee back to her family, back to her home. Can you forgo a few moments of time for Natalee?

Pick any name on the list, email, and ask why? Why all this pain, why all this self-consciousness?

For Christmas, let officials in Holland think of Natalee, and let them feel the shame.

Aruba: The Obvious is obvious again.

It's news again that the obvious is obvious?

The Minister of Justice, Rudy Croes, the guy who's office released a statement saying Natalee was dead, one of the suspects had confessed and was leading Police to the "body" is admitting that Jan van der straaten conspired with Paulus van der sloot to cover up a crime.

Duh

But while it's taken 3 1/2 years to admit the obvious, what that crime was, is the next horror to come from this nightmare.

Even if they are all lies, what kind of people dream up words like rape, heavy battery, kidnapping, premediated murder, slave trafficking, and just toss it into their "stories."

9 people were arrested with this kind of language and both Janssen, the prosecutor and van der straaten the Chief of Police have admitted Natalee is dead. But they won't tell us how they know?

But you arrest people with those kind of charges and still call her "disappeared." I guess that's true but why not arrest someone for jaywalking in this case? What's the difference.

Or is it that it's all true? She was targeted and slaughtered and thrown away, like a do-over when all the poison of the Dutch had a zit pop in Aruba.

It's true that a Minister in Holland didn't want the fact that Joran was Dutch to be obvious. And They call Americans arrogant.

The shame is holding these savages hostage, and you know it takes alot. What happened to Natalee hasn't hurt Aruba, it is Aruba. Maybe Rudy Croes knows it.

Basically van der straaten, and the prosecutor Karin Janssen, decided that placing the interests of a friend ahead of the kidnapping, raping and murder of anyone, was the right thing to do.

Blacks are for framing and women are disposable. This is Dutch ruled Aruba.

How does someone get that way? And the cynism of using 2 black security guards. This is an island, not Amsterdam. Natalee was not on the beach. She wasn't in the dunes, people were looking there and they were looking on the beach.

She was where they didn't look, couldn't look, covered up.

She was at the Van der sloot house, and the Chief of Police knew it. Karin Janssen gave him 10 days.

He and Janssen called it murder and arrested 2 security guards, knowing Natalee was dead at the van der sloots.

10 days, the break for Paulus and he cleaned and cleaned and cleaned and paid for help cleaning and paid to get rid of Natalee.

If there was enough committment to this story, then we are not even half way through.

These cowards and thin skinned Dutch in Aruba have nothing else but this crime and they don't realize it. It's their King Kong, without it the islanders, they have nothing. Just poseurs that Hans Mos comes in all clean and professional looking, lots of serious promises, then nothing. Just another arrogant coward. Not a call to Beth Holloway, ever?

If jan van der straaten was covering up, what do you call what Hans Mos is doing? Him and Janssen. He wears shoes and socks on the beach and she in heels. Yeah, they are real "hands on."

Natalee has been chased and pushed from the bar to the van der sloot house to the dunes to the pond to the beach to the ocean and to a cage on the ocean floor to Venezuela.

And she was dead the whole time. For an accident? I don't think so.

This was a bad crime and I really believe the truth will be numbing. And is gives me some solace to know, just know, that van der straaten, van de sloot and janssen see Natalee's face every day.

Aruba: Nobody is that Stupid, Are They?

Three and a half years ago, two security guards were arrested and jailed for suspicion of murder.

The murder of Natalee Holloway.

The Chief of Police, Jan van der straaten said it was murder, "I've seen the evidence."

Karin Janssen the Prosecutor agreed. As did the guards lawyers. Their clients were being charged with murder.

Aruba acted quickly and decisively.

They had a murder, they had "evidence."

That evidence was the story told by Joran van der sloot. That's right, the same guy we just witnessed telling us he sold Natalee for 10k to a mysterious Venezuelan.

On the word of Joran van der sloot, a story made up before Natalee's mom ever showed up 24 hours after she disappeared.

Joran had told police he and the Kalpoe's dropped Natalee and the Holiday Inn, where she tripped on her way into the hotel.

That can't be the evidence that van der straaten said he had "seen."He had to have seen something? And something that would give him the authority to haul in security guards and broadcast that around the world.

What exactly could the Chief of Police have seen that would make one know a murder had taken place and that it was Natalee?

Since Aruba has adopted a "no body, no crime" stance, that must mean they had a body, a dead body and Natalee's dead body.

It took 10 days for them to admit the guards were innocent. 10 days, really?

What happened next is very simple, Natalee went from murdered to disappeared and the guards were released.

Joran and Paulus and 7 others were arrested for charges ranging from rape to heavy battery to premeditated murder.

Again, for an island that believes "no body, no crime" what was going on?

A press release confirming that "one of the suspects has confessed" and leading authorities to the body. Natalee was confirmed dead, by Aruban officials.

Without a body? Really? Or again, on the word of Joran van der sloot?

The next Police Chief would say that Natalee's body had been moved several times. No doubt it was in the 10 days the security guards were in jail?

Then came the official retraction. They now had a disappearance.

The Arubadirtypolice had to be complicit in this chain of custody of evidence. Is Aruba justice a self serve concept?

What else could pass for evidence in Aruba? Certainly not the word of Joran van der sloot, which they now say are all lies.

But are they all lies? Rudy Croes, Jan van der straaten, Karin Janssen, Gerald Dompig were just making this all up?

The un-solving of the murder of Natalee Holloway had to include the Aruba Police Department.

From the Holiday Inn drop off story, to now the sold into slavery story, Joran van der sloot must be branded a liar, because, it covers the crimes of the adults in Aruba.

Joran has the leverage in Aruba, he taunts them, he holds the truth. People always say, "how is this guy still walking around?" If Natalee had been killed and taken out in the ocean that night, why would they have held the security guards for 10 days? Why would the Chief of Police state her body was moved several times? Both cannot be true.

This much attention without resolution was not the work of a high school student in Aruba.

Once again the van der sloot definition of "protecting my son" is twisted. Maybe because he isn't "protecting my son?"

I thought I've seen parents "into" their kids, but Paulus van der sloot's co-dependence on Joran is frightening.

These misogynistic savages continue their assault on Natalee and Beth.

Rage? The Joran tape is a snippet of a campaign of hate and anger being thrown at Natalee and her family by the authorities, the public relations consultants, the parents of the murderer of Natalee Holloway, and lawyers in 3 countries.
As go the van der sloots, so goes Aruba. Their thoughts and actions perfectly in sync. Joran isn't lying as much as confused as to which story his father wants him to tell. Aruba has long ago detached from an actual Natalee Holloway. There is no evidence of her, at all.
Aruba's own moral outrage, a rage fueled ugliness you can't believe, seemed to have little in the way of sympathy for Natalee and her family.

They had to defend Aruba's honor. Not spiritual enough to realize that defending Natalee's honor was the proper guide and a defense of basic human decency. They threw in with the van der sloots.

Joran's callousness on tape brought them shame and anger. Why? Because they didn't want worldwide opinion to think of them that way?

Joran, in some ways, spoke the truth for Arubans, and they blame him, for speaking the truth, the ugliness, the insensitivity. But he has been very representative of Aruban Authorities. Did you catch the video of the empty police station when Beth showed up last year? The hot coffee on the desks and the TV still on?
Paulus van der sloot has many interesting quotes. When he met Natalee's father, the father who's daughter his son murdered, and the father of the daughter he himself "disposed of...",
when he met the father who's daughter he decided would not be brought home to be buried, when given a chance, he told Dave Holloway he would "do anything to protect his son."
The "do anything" part is understandable, but the concept of "protection" is as vague as Aruba Law. His son is now in hiding thousands of miles away.

Who is protecting whom Paulus?

Both Paulus and Joran were in sync when on separate occasions they confirmed they had more to tell but didn't want to "hurt innocent people."

Natalee's family not included.

Have they deluded themselves to such a deep extent that they believe they are actually "protecting innocent people?"
Cowering, paralyzed with fear. Joran's own sick description of Natalee's death is a description of the van der sloots, only they are convulsing more slowly. And dragging many others with them. They're not protecting anyone, especially themselves. A sadistic and masochistic family. Why should it take this much rage to help the Holloways?

The flipside to the fact that a lot of people know what happened to Natalee is there must be some crucial piece of evidence that exists, unavoidable evidence, which is preventing this from being legally declared "accident."

This theory, as politicians do, was floated many times, but it won't float. Why? The prosecution can't make an accident theory float because they don't want to share how they know Natalee is dead by the same legal standards they use to protect Joran and selectively believed lies, they cannot reveal with that same standard how and why they know Natalee is dead.

But they know.

Surely it can't be because Joran told them? Or could it? So what else could it be? Paulus told them?
Did the Chief of Police Jan van der straaten see Natalee's dead body? On what evidence did they release a press statement that one of the suspects confessed? They used the word "confessed."

They obviously didn't think it was a lie, they called it a "confession." Was that confession/story different? Another story like the one that got the security guards arrested?
You can almost see the dirty police showing Paulus evidence, then waiting for the story. The whole structure built as one Aruba defense team. And the tortured word mincing the court uses to agree.

"Look in other directions" said Anita van der sloot. And so they did.

"I'll kick her butt, for all the trouble she's cost us." Joran van der sloot.

It's Natalee's fault, and they are indignant. Not one person on Aruba has called them out, nobody. Joran's tape made them angry, because they saw a reflection. They finally saw what we all see, and they hated themselves, who wouldn't?

Jan van der stratten as Chief of Police battled to control Natalee's remains. Possibly for as long as 10 days. He lost.

No body, no crime applied to the security guards too. But they had a body, Natalee's body.

Paulus got nervous with the plan and wouldn't go along with the Chief of Police, his friend Jan van der straaten. The epilepsy routine wouldn't work, even with the internet research Paulus had done on his computer while Natalee was ON HIS PROPERTY.

How often is that literally true?

Jossy Mansur, editor of Diario is one of the most fascinating characters in this story. He may even be iconic if this was an HBO production.

Mr. Mansur has maintained a chivalrous attitude and stance with Natalee and with Beth. He has written passionately in their defense from the beginning.

Since I started my blog, I've met 2 people who know Jossy, have been to his house, that in itself is amazing. But, clearly a man who's found a niche. The rumors of "dirty dealings" are more like sunburn in Aruba.

His outrage at the treatment of Natalee and Beth is something that I find very pure. For whatever reason, his being offended by that is a step toward trust.

His patience, eloquence in the name of Natalee have been a blessing...

and yet,

He didn't sway opinion in Aruba, Joran van der sloot did, and it took a reporter from Holland to serve that up.

Why are authorities in Aruba more afraid of the foreign media than one's in their own neighborhood?

Only until recently did Aruba empathize with Natalee's mother?

How sick is that? Nobody believed Jossy or was he too timid?

Or is his moral outrage just not that motivating to the average citizen?

Jossy Mansur is uniquely positioned to expose the truth. Will he do it? We read rumors of his health, his past, his physical danger etc. Nevertheless, it's his defining moment, obviously.

Paulus van der sloot, Jan van der straaten, Karin Janssen, Dennis Jacobs. The adults in this story. Let's read about them? The Chief of Police, The Chief Prosecutor, The Lead Dectective, and this case isn't solved? Really Jossy, you're feigned innocent shoulder shrug that looks cute on TV is getting tiring.

"The prosecution is pretending it has information that we don't have."

Prosecutors decided to detain the suspects for another eight days. They are to appear in court Wednesday. Acting on a tip, police arrested the pair Sunday morning in the oil-refining town of San Nicolas.

Van der Biezen would not elaborate about evidence gathered in the investigation, but she did say that authorities would not have prolonged the detention if they only had circumstantial evidence.

Defense lawyer Chris Lejuez said he expects his clients to be formally accused of homicide, being accomplices to homicide, and of kidnapping leading to homicide.

He said his clients are innocent. The guards -- ages 28 and 30 -- worked at Hotel Allegro in Oranjestad near the Holiday Inn where Holloway was staying.

Because there have been no convictions in Aruba courts doesn't mean their words are false, if anything it reveals more of the truth.

Joran walking free now is not amazing if you consider the former prosecutor Karin Janssen wrote the U.S. Justice Department inquiring if Beth Holloway was related to Hitler.

It's a political decision now. Aruba is acting much more like Joran than a country that cares about justice or about Natalee, she's a problem.

Harrowing words from Beth Holloway after listening and watching Joran van der sloot, again, explaining why any shred of remains of her daughter have been obliterated.

We've come a long way from the 2 security guards being in jail to debating whether Joran actually murdered her before disposing of her body. And he's had defenders, paid by Aruba, the whole way.

Premeditated Paulus is the name that scared Joran. His involvement is why this case is still not resolved, he is still being protected, sort of. "Your own father, unbelieveable."

They just won't let Joran confess, no matter how hard he tries, why? Premeditated Paulus.

This is a quote from Joe Tacopina, who does it sound like he's defending here?

This is not new. Her (and our) journey down this dark road of pain have gone on for almost 3 years. Mr. De Vries is bringing what we have known to the public at large, unvarnished from the Aruba blame tinted propaganda. Mr. Oduber has been noticeably silent lately, which some considered odd since Aruba is once again in the worldwide spotlight.

While doctors will not say exactly how the accident happened, it appears the Prime Minister's tongue has been severed. Police are investigating how this could have happened since Mr. Oduber was alone when he tried to call for help.

That obviously doesn't match the "accidental" drug overdose theory. Just when does premeditated start?

When did Paulus decide to kill Natalee? This charge always seems to be overlooked when talking about what Aruba has or has not done in this case.

He, Paulus van der sloot, and only him, faced this charge. He also needed enough money to get Joe Tacopina to slather himself in slime to speak of his innocence.

Nobody else has. Not even the main suspects. Not the court, not the prosecutor, and not Paulus himself.

A crime was committed against Natalee. But the decision was close enough to the act to not carry the "premeditated" charge against the 3.

But Paulus must have had time to plan, to decide. He, after a crime was committed by his son and possibly himself, did he premeditate the solution: Kill Natalee and get rid of her completely.

He, Paulus van der sloot lied about having met Natalee.

The KLPD gave their opinion by searching his property. It's so obvious she was "premeditated" at the van der sloot residence after another crime had been committed, somewhere.

Premeditated. Paulus decided Natalee should die. What kind of savage thinks his own trouble or his son's trouble is more important than Natalee's life?

It's not as much that Paulus didn't want Natalee found as he didn't want the world to know about the van der sloots. Natalee's demise represents their sickness, her remains a testament to their hate and bitterness. Very Dutch, arrogant with a self loathing misogyny.

The surest sign to me of the van der sloots guilt and the coverup by officials in Aruba is both Joran and his father, Paul van der sloot, intimating they have more to tell.

This is a clear warning to those who are complicit to hold steady, and not cave. The house of cards teeters.

Of course it was Paul van der sloot talking to Natalee in the casino. But the reason the stories aren't straight in this case is that Paulus is the author. Maybe the only one.

When Joran says they have done this "20 times before" he is referring to his father and I suspect other "adults."

Preying on tourists wasn't invented by the kalpoe's or Joran van der sloot. It's an old tradition and Paulus was using his son. No doubt behaviour that in the world of Aruba was considered acceptable.

Reading through this mornings Diario it came as a peculiar sight to see the name of Jack Abramoff and Aruban Prime Minister Nelson Oduber referenced in the same news article. These days no one wants their name in the same sentence let alone news story as Abramoff. We all know the name Jack Abramoff for the many public corruption cases he has been involved in. On January 3, 2006 disgraced uber power lobbyist Abramoff plead guilty to 3 counts in a corruption probe.

Jack Abramoff, the once-powerful lobbyist at the center of a wide-ranging public corruption investigation, pleaded guilty yesterday to fraud, tax evasion and conspiracy to bribe public officials in a deal that requires him to provide evidence about members of Congress.

The following day, on January 4, he plead guilty to two criminal felony counts in a separate federal court, in Miami, related to his fraudulent dealings with SunCruz Casinos.

A question comes to mind, among many. Why would PM Nelson Oduber need a good word put in for him to American Congressman? To look through the record of Jack Abramoff is like a who’s who of scandal and corruption. Anything this guy touched was suspect. So why did Oduber feel the need to associate with Abramoff? Aruba has been in the eye of the storm with Americans since May 29, 2005 and their PM, according to the Diario article, is doing business with one of the most scandal ridden lobbyists ever. A lobbyist with so many “dark side” connections like Abramoff would be about the last person that one would want to be connected to these days. However, it appears that PM Oduber according to Diario paid Abramoff for his services.

What’s involved is that Nelson Oduber, the Prime Minister of Aruba, paid Abramoff over 250 thousand dollars to put in a good word for him in the Congressional records. Oduber’s name was clearly mentioned with regards to that transaction. Since Abramaoff kept himself busy with lobbying work and found himself accused of having committed fraud, corruption and conspiracy, which he admitted to the district attorneys, and is now cooperating in the penal investigation that is going on in the U.S. Since he did the same kind of lobby work for Nelson Oduber with the same senator (Conrad Burns), for the price of 250.000 dollars, the article places emphasis on the fact that Oduber’s name is being mentioned in the sordid Abramoff affair in the U.S.

The paper is asking from where Nelson Oduber obtained the funds to beef himself up in the U.S.? And why was Aruban undeclared money used to pay off a corrupt person in the U.S. to speak well of the Prime Minister. The paper also asks how come Holland can tolerate for a partner of the Kingdom to pull out money from the national budget to invest in acts of bribery.

Then the paper goes on to quote what was written about Nelson Oduber in the Congressional records, and to point out that for this small island it is a very serious matter when the Prime Minister gets himself involved, directly or indirectly, in acts of corruption and bribery just to have some good words about him placed in the records.

A commonly found GHB precursor is gammabutyrolactone (GBL), also known as blue nitro, gamma-G, renewtrient, reviverent. GBL is an organic solvent used for cleaning circuit boards, stripping paint, or flavoring soy products. It acts like GHB but has a slower onset and a longer duration. Adverse effects include respiratory depression and cardiac dysrhythmia. It is metabolized in the liver into GHB but can also be made into GHB using home kits.

Prior to forensic testing being conducted at the NFI laboratory in the Netherlands and the FBI laboratory in Quantico, Virginia, the Aruban Prime Minister and FBI confirmed that blood had been detected in Deepak Kalpoe's vehicle. The Aruban Prime Minister stated this finding publicly while the FBI informed Beth and Jug Twitty. It can be assumed that this confirmation was based on a Luminol test performed in Aruba.

However, such testing can provide a false DNA finding when there is the presence of certain ingredients in some cleaning fluids. The NFI and the FBI laboratories both concluded in their forensic testing of the fabric samples taken from DeepakŒs vehicle that cleaning fluid was present - not human DNA.

There appears to be a general consensus that the cleaning fluid identified through forensic testing by the NFI and the FBI, in all probability, resulted from Deepak cleaning his vehicle the morning that Natalee Holloway went missing - an incidence observed by a neighbour of the Kalpoes. Jug Twitty claims it could have resulted from ten days of cleaning.

However, could this „cleaning fluid‰ have been the common alternative date rape drug, gammabutyrolactone (GBL)? GBL is an organic solvent that is used for cleaning circuit boards and stripping paint.

The revealed witness/suspect statements of Joran, Deepak and Satish disclose that drinks were carried from Carlos 'N Charlies to Deepak's vehicle on the morning of May 30, 2005. Could one of the drinks containing GBL have been spilled/splattered - possibly during a scuffle? Could the GBL have been spilled/splattered while being mixed into a drink?

As GBL is a strong solvent used for cleaning circuit boards and stripping paint, it can be assumed that Deepak did not use this particular product to clean the fabric of his precious vehicle.

The report of the orginal Aruban tests as well as the FBI and NFI reports regarding findings pertaining to the samples of fabric taken from Deepak Kalpoe's vehicle should comprise part of the Natalee Holloway case file. Inquiring mind want to know if the „cleaning fluid‰ findings were determined to be gammabutyrolactone (GBL).

JORAN AND PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT WERE GIVEN PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT THROUGHOUT THE NATALEE HOLLOWAY INVESTIGATION

Does the Dutch aristocracy in Aruba protect their own from criminal prosecution as a matter of routine? Or is the Natalee Holloway case an exception? It is apparent Joran Van Der Sloot and his father received preferential treatment from the very beginning of the investigation and are still being afforded special status to this day.

It is a well-known fact that the Lead Investigator assigned to the case, Jan Van der Straten, is a close friend of Joran‚s father, Paulus Van Der Sloot. Minister of Justice Rudy Croes reported many suspicious telephone calls between Jan Van der Straten and Paulus Van Der Sloot in the very early stages of the investigation.

Jan Van der Straten knew by the first day of Natalee‚s reported disappearance that the three main suspects last seen with the teen, Joran Van Der Sloot and Deepak and Satish Kalpoe, had lied to police about dropping Natalee off at the Holiday Inn. A review of the hotel security tapes by Natalee‚s mother revealed that fact. Yet Prosecutor Karin Janssen failed to arrest the three suspects and search their homes, moves she was afforded under Dutch law, as the world witnessed with the arrest of the two innocent, framed security guards. No such arrests were made for 10 more days, and then only the Kalpoe residence was searched ˆ while the van der Sloot apartment wasn‚t ordered to be searched for another six days.

Dutch law also states that lying as a witness is a punishable crime, and yet no such charges have ever been brought against these criminals.

Let us not forget that Paulus Van Der Sloot was a judge-in-training at the time his son was the last person seen with Natalee Holloway. It has recently come to light that a Dutch Judge, Jacob Robert Wit, and a high-ranking justice official, Ben (Voc)King were at the Van Der Sloot home the day Aruban authorities arrived to search the Van Der Sloot property. Although the original search warrant was granted for a full search of all the buildings and grounds, Judge Wit changed the order on the spot to limit the search to only Joran‚s small apartment.

Those are just some examples of Joran Van der Sloot being given preferential treatment by the high-ranking officials of Aruba‚s Justice Department and Police department. The interrogation of the suspects was, at best, a softball approach with no follow-up for answers to what is a very puzzling series of lies and contradictions. In some of the interrogations the interviewers were forced to have cameras present which may have been a tactic to limit their effectiveness. Such videotaping of interrogations is not common practice in Aruba, but Joran van der Sloot was afforded this privilege. Who ordered this done?

Listed below are many instances of preferential treatment given to prime suspect Joran Van Der Sloot during the investigation of the Natalee Holloway case:

1- JORAN VAN DER SLOOT LIES TO POLICE BUT IS NOT ARRESTED

Joran Van der Sloot was not arrested for 10 days despite the fact police and justice department officials knew he and the Kalpoe brothers lied about dropping her off at the Holiday Inn.

Prosecutor Karin Janssen and Lead Investigator Jan Van Der Straten knew within 24 hours that the three suspects had lied to them about dropping Natalee off at the Holiday Inn but chose not to treat them as suspects. Jan Van der Straten, according to Paulus Van Der Sloot, is a "close friend", a blatant conflict of interest by any stretch of the imagination.

2- POLICE ARREST TWO INNOCENT BLACK GUARDS DESPITE KNOWING JORAN VAN DER SLOOT AND THE KALPOES LIED

Instead of arresting Joran and the Kalpoe brothers, the Prosecutor and Aruban police arrested two black security guards based on the lie the three suspects had told. The arrest of the two guards was executed with full knowledge the suspects had lied.

By arresting the two black guards they allowed Joran Van der Sloot and the Kalpoe`s five more days to destroy evidence and collaborate on their stories.

3- DUTCH JUDGE BOB WITT HAMPERS THE INVESTIGATION BY NOT ALLOWING A FULL SEARCH OF THE VAN DER SLOOT PROPERTY

Dutch Judge Jacob "Bob" Wit was present at the Van Der Sloot home on June 16th for the specific purpose of denying a search of the Van Der Sloot main residence and grounds when in fact the original warrant called for a full search. A full search was denied by a Dutch Judge again when Paulus Van Der Sloot was arrested on June 23rd.

Paulus Van Der Sloot was a judge in training in the Dutch judicial system and no doubt had many friends who were judges in the system. Any judge who wanted to appear un-biased would have allowed the full property to be searched but Judge Bob Witt limited searching to only Joran's small apartment. It should also be noted that the search of the two black security guards' homes included the entire premises.

4- PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT WAS ALLOWED TO CHANGE HIS SON'S STATEMENT TO POLICE

Paulus Van Der Sloot was allowed to be present when the Aruban police took Joran's first witness statement and was allowed to edit Joran's statement before it was entered into the public record. That statement is still missing.

Furthermore it was his close friend and Lead Investigator Jan van der Straten who was present for the statement and allowed Paulus Van Der Sloot to edit his son's statement.

5- PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT HAD ACCESS TO INVESTIGATORS' CASE FILES

Paulus Van Der Sloot was allowed to read the police records of the investigation by using his access to the Justice department files, allowing him to know exactly what the police and Prosecutor were doing in the case. The Prosecutor should have immediately blocked such access but chose not to.

6- DETECTIVE DENNIS JACOBS, A CLOSE ASSOCIATE OF JAN VAN DER STARTEN, WAS ALLOWED TO CONDUCT JORAN VAN DER SLOOT'S INTERVIEWS

Many of Joran Van Der Sloot‚s statements were taken by officer Dennis Jacobs, a detective who showed no interest in solving the case as witnessed by his apathy toward Dave Holloway during their first meeting. Jacob's first comments to Dave Holloway on June 1st were, "Why would you want to do a search" and "Just go down to Carlos & Charlie's and have a beer, she'll show up."

It should be noted that Dennis Jacobs was a narcotics detective, not a homicide detective, and his choice to conduct interrogation is highly suspect. Jacob's apathy toward solving the case shows clearly in the "softball" manner in which his interviews with Joran were conducted and the lack of follow-up questions.

7- DUTCH JUDGES RELEASE JORAN VAN DER SLOOT AND ALLOWS HIM TO FLEE THE ISLAND WITHOUT GIVING FURTHER TESTIMONY

Judge Smid had originally ruled that Joran should be held another 30 days in detention but faxed in a reversal of his decision immediately after leaving the island and returning to the island of Curacao. Three weeks later a panel of Dutch judges ruled that Joran and the Kalpoe brothers would never have to give further testimony on the case unless it was on a "voluntary" basis despite the fact that the three suspects were telling conflicting stories.

Natalee and her family deserve justice, and we will not let up until they have it.

An internal investigation of an internal investigation from last spring in Aruba numbs the mind with overusing words that dance around the intention of what words are supposed to say. For some reason Jan van der stratten and Gerold Dompig were flashing through my mind while reading this, over and over.

And Paul van der sloot, working in the office of the prosecutor, after Natalee disappeared. Is it just me or is this report trying hard to twist itself into knots and squeeze out the truth in corporate droplets of politically correct and inoffensive words?

ORANJESTAD – An investigation report on the efficiency of the Police Corps of Aruba (KPA) regarding integrity, states that the control on work procedure is poorly; promotional transfers take place, while there is a disciplinary investigation going; and there is no correct follow up after irregularities within the corps are signaled.

Forensic Services Caribbean in Curaçao did the investigation by order of Justice-minister Rudy Croes (MEP). Amigoe learned this from documents that the paper received for perusal. The report was already given to the then chief of police Ronny Bernadina on April 3rd of this year. The investigation took place in 2005 and based on the findings, Forensic Services Caribbean advices to draw up a master plan to deal with the integrity risks. Based on conversations with some key-officials within the KPA and external partners of the corps, like the Security Service, the Public Prosecutor, and the Coastguard, they have mapped nine risks. They have also analyzed summaries of integrity rules violations within the corps. They first noticed that many rules regarding work procedures and work processes are established, but that these are not univocal and not conveniently arranged. The procedures differ per (police-, editor) district and are implemented or interpreted differently.” Besides, several regulations are not complete. Not everybody is familiar with the procedures, they are difficult of access, and several of the versions used are outdated. Several procedures are too complex and have therefore lost their powers. “They have become dead letters”, states the report. There is lack of control on the observance of the procedures in all sectors of the organization. This has to do with not having qualitatively good employees on managerial positions. Another reason is that there is lack of open culture, in which employees dare to talk to each other. In order to restrict this risk, the bureau advices to further specify the career policy and to organize trainings that would provoke a culture change within the police corps. A third risk that can cause the integrity of the corps to come into play is the lack of confidence when it comes to exchange information. CORRUPTION AND COLLUSION INHIBITED SEARCH FOR NATALEE HOLLOWAY

Department of Justice official and Dutch Judges drastically limited the search of the Van Der Sloot property as a favor to Joran van der Sloot’s father.

Despite what Aruban government officials led the U.S. media to believe, there was never a full search made of the Van Der Sloot property in order to find evidence in the case of missing Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway.

Dompig: That is correct. The fact is that we as a law enforcement agency always try to get the maximum. Meaning that we want to search as much places as possible. We were not granted, by the judge, a search warrant for the complete house, we only received the warrant for the apartment.

PRdVries: Yes the police missed several changes to do things right: when they wanted to search the house the door was opened by Mr. Ben King, an assistant of the Procurements Gen. office.: the highest justice-office on the island and a friend of the family who wanted to support the VdSloots in these difficult times… So clearly the search of the house hadn’t been a surprise to the VdSloots. And the police had a warrant for the complete estate but a judge - Bob Wit - who was at the house as well said only Jorans room could be searched. These are things a Dutch crime-reporter is of course totally astonished about.

Justice Department official Ben King, who later admitted to the media that he was a close friend of Paulus Van der Sloot, claimed he was on vacation and therefore not acting on behalf of the Justice department. It was King who personally informed the search team they could only search the small apartment of Joran Van Der Sloot, located in the back yard of the property just behind the main residence, when they arrived.

Also present at the Van Der Sloot residence was Dutch Judge Bob Witt from Curacao, who was one judge presiding over the case. It should be noted that Paulus Van der Sloot was a Dutch judge-in-training at the time of Natalee Holloway’s disappearance.

Although Joran Van Der Sloot was arrested on June 9, 2005 the Aruba Prosecutor Karin Janssen did not execute a search of the Van Der Sloot residence until nearly a week later on June 15th with members of her office, the Aruba Police department, and Dutch forensics specialists from Holland in tow.

The search itself of the Van Der Sloot apartment looks now to be nothing more than a “mock raid” for media consumption purposes. The search lasted only four hours and was conducted in the middle of the day, quite a contrast to the early morning raid the same Prosecutor ordered on the residences of two black security guards on June 5th.

The two security guards were arrested at 6:30 am and “perp walked” for the mainstream media who also got to witness their residences being ransacked. It was later proven both guards had alibis for the night Ms. Holloway and no evidence was found at either of their homes, which ultimately led to their release.

The fact that the Van Der Sloot residence and grounds were not searched was kept hidden from the media until mid-October when acting Police Chief Gerold Dompig revealed his department was denied a full search of the Van der Sloot property on not one, but two occasions. In addition to being denied a full search on June 15th, a second request to search the main residence was flatly denied by a Dutch judge when Paulus Van Der Sloot was arrested on June 23rd.

Judicial rulings in the Natalee Holloway case have been riddled with questionable decisions, leading many to believe Paulus Van der Sloot’s personal and professional connections to the Justice Department, Aruba Police Department, and the Dutch judges have deliberately tried to keep the case from being solved.

It now appears there has finally been a proper decision made in this case by Judge Rick Smid. The decision to retain three of Natalee's attackers as official suspects is the first positive step in a very long time.

Will Aruban officials take their cue from this Judge and finally do the right thing for Natalee Holloway?

Justice Jacob “Bob” Wit

Jacob “Bob” Wit was the judge present at the van der Sloot property on June 15, 2005 who reduced the scope of that search to only the apartment occupied by Joran van der Sloot. His actions that day lead us to wonder why he would risk his career by aiding his good friend, Paulus. Why did Justice Wit wait for the prosecutor at the van der Sloot home to limit her search areas? Why didn’t he simply make that ruling from the bench in the courtroom? Why did he feel the need to do that from the van der Sloot home?

Justice Wit is a judge for the Caribbean Court of Justice. As such, he has a stringent Code of Ethics he must follow at all times – both in and outside the courtroom, as you will read below.

What could his relationship with Paulus van der Sloot have provided this judge in order for him to put his career on the line?

This is a short list of the Code of Ethics Justice Wit obviously violated. We wonder if the Caribbean Court of Justice is aware of Justice Wit’s actions?

Propriety

This code was violated by Wit as seen by his presence at the van der Sloot home prior to the searchers arriving. Both Ben (Voc)King and Paulus van der Sloot are members of the legal profession.

1.3 A judge shall avoid close personal association with individual members of the legal profession, particularly those who practice in the judge’s court, where such association might reasonably give rise to the suspicion or appearance of favoritism or partiality.

Justice Wit used not his home, but that of a suspect in a criminal investigation as a meeting place for himself, said suspect, and a prosecution official.

1.4 A judge shall avoid the use of the judge’s residence by a member of the legal profession to receive clients or other members of the legal profession in circumstances that might reasonably give rise to the suspicion or appearance of impropriety on the part of the judge.

Was there any official reason given, in writing, for Wit’s verbal order at the van der Sloot home for curbing the areas of the search? Or did he merely do this to help his friend Paulus?

1.9 A judge shall not allow the judge’s family, social or other relationships improperly to influence the judge’s judicial conduct and judgment as a judge.

Was the mere presence of Justice Wit at the van der Sloot property enough to dissuade Karin Janssen from arguing the merits of her search warrant granted by the Joint Court? Did Wit use the prestige of his office to intimidate the searchers?

1.10 A judge shall not use or lend the prestige of the judicial office to advance the private interests of the judge, a member of the judge’s family or of anyone else, nor shall a judge permit others to convey the impression that anyone is in a special position improperly to influence the judge in the performance of judicial duties.

Integrity

Justice Wit’s conduct here was certainly not above reproach – as even the acting Chief of Police was distraught at the limits set by Wit on their search of the van der Sloot property.

3.1 A judge shall ensure that his or her conduct is above reproach in the view of reasonable, fair-minded and informed persons.

Wit’s actions assured that not only would justice not be done, but failed to even attempt to create the appearance of justice.

3.2 The behavior and conduct of a judge must reaffirm the people’s faith in the integrity of the judiciary. Justice must not merely be done but must also be seen to be done.

How could Justice Wit ever again require others to uphold this Code of Ethics, when he himself ignored them to aid his friend and colleague, Paulus van der Sloot?

3.3 A judge, in addition to observing personally the standards of this Code, shall encourage and support their observance by others.

Impartiality

By reducing the scope of the search of the property of his friend and colleague, Justice Wit blatantly disregarded all thoughts of bias, favour, and prejudice.

4.1 A judge shall perform his or her judicial duties without favour, bias or prejudice.

Not only did Justice Wit lose the confidence of the public with his curtailing of the search, he lost the confidence of the Aruban prosecutor, and law enforcement – as evidenced by the public statements made by Chief Dompig in October 2005.

4.2 A judge shall ensure that his or her conduct, both in and out of court, maintains and enhances the confidence of the public, the legal profession and litigants in the impartiality of the judge and of the judiciary.

Justice Wit should have disqualified and excused himself from making any rulings in this case, as his actions showed he was clearly unable to decide any matters in this case impartially.

4.5 A judge shall disqualify himself or herself from participating in any proceedings in which the judge is unable to decide the matter impartially or in which a reasonable, fair-minded and informed person might believe that the judge is unable to decide the matter impartially.

Paulus van der Sloot, being an attorney and a substitute Judge, continues to be a member of the same fraternal body as Justice Wit. This fact alone should have caused Justice Wit to disqualify himself from making any decisions in this case. They both served on the Joint Court at the same time.

4.5.1 A judge must be sensitive to the fact that fraternal bodies are shrouded in mystery and clothed with a perception of secrecy and of providing unconditional assistance to members in times of need, trouble and distress. Persons who are not members of such bodies are likely to conclude that a litigant, belonging to the same fraternal body as a judge, enjoys an unfair advantage. In such circumstances, it would be appropriate for a judge to disqualify himself or herself in any proceeding in which the impartiality of the judge might reasonably be questioned.

There has been no transparency regarding Justice Wit’s decision to limit the scope of the search. Quite the contrary. His actions even took the Prosecutor by surprise, as this decision by Wit was only made known to Janssen the day of the search, when she arrived to execute the warrant.

4.5.2 A judge should therefore recognize that transparency assists in combating corruption and suspicions, and he or she should encourage judicial colleagues and the court staff to assist in promoting the intrinsic merits of transparent conduct and infusing public confidence in the role, functions and operations of the court.

4.6 A judge shall disqualify himself or herself in any proceedings in which there might be a reasonable perception of a lack of impartiality of the judge including, but not limited to, instances where:

Did Justice Wit become aware that evidence could very well have been obtained through the forensic search of the van der Sloot home and property? Is that the reason he tied the hands of the Prosecutor?

4.6.1 The judge has actual bias or prejudice concerning a party or personal knowledge of disputed evidentiary facts concerning the proceedings;

Did Justice Wit have discussions with Paulus van der Sloot, unbeknownst to the Prosecutor and law enforcement officials that led him to understand the involvement of his friend in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway?

5.7 Without authority of law and notice to, and consent of, the parties and an opportunity to respond, a judge shall not engage independent, personal investigation of the facts of a case before him or her.

Accountability

7.1 Institutions and procedures for the implementation of this Code shall provide a publicly credible means for considering and determining complaints against judges. This is to be pursued without prejudice or hindrance to the universally recognized and hallowed principle of judicial independence.

7.2 By the very nature of their judicial office, judges are not, except in accordance with the law, accountable for their decisions to any organ or entity within the jurisdiction of the Caribbean Court of Justice or elsewhere, but are accountable for their conduct to institutions that are specifically established to implement and administer this Code.

7.3 The implementation of this Code shall take into account the legitimate needs of a judge, by reason of the nature of the judicial office, to be afforded protection from vexatious or unsubstantiated accusations and due process of law in the resolution of complaints against the judge.

We can’t help but wonder what the Caribbean Court of Justice would have to say about Justice Wit’s actions in the Holloway case.

Eighteen months after the disappearance of Natalee Holloway on May 30, 2005 in Aruba , officials have failed to prosecute any of the suspects involved with the crimes committed against Natalee.

Against the backdrop of the prosecutor’s failure to charge any suspects in this case, a sordid tale of corruption, cover up, and collusion is revealed through altered statements going uncontested by the ALE , statements that appear to be missing from the case file, missing portions of suspect police statements, and missing, lost or destroyed evidence.

Recent reports of a meeting between former chief of police, Gerold Dompig and Diario Newspaper Editor, Jossy Mansur reveal startling information, and make us again question why these criminals have not been prosecuted.

JOSSY MANSUR TO DANA PRETZER: I have a video tape of Gerald Dompig that they do have sufficient material to bring these boys in on kidnapping and rape. Which would be 8 years imprisonment.

According to Gerold Dompig, the three boys admitted "that they did ‘have sex with’ this girl when she was going in and out of consciousness”. This is a fact.

What happened to these missing statements? Where is the missing evidence?

Were these things intentionally removed from the case file in order to avoid going forward with a prosecution?

If their own Police Chief was saying there was sufficient material to charge and prosecute these criminals – why did the prosecutor fail to do so? This list of missing items from the case file makes us come to the obvious conclusion that there has been a concerted effort to avoid such a prosecution. Was this at the hands of law enforcement? The prosecutor’s office? The judges? Or a combination of all three?

A. MISSING SUSPECT STATEMENTS

DID THE COVERUP BEGIN PRIOR TO THE TWITTYS SETTING FOOT ON ARUBA?

01. May 30, 2005 - KALPOE BROTHERS AND JORAN VANDER SLOOT

Deepak Kalpoe claims in his official statement of June 10, 2005 that he vacuumed his vehicle prior to picking up Joran Van der Sloot on Sunday May 29, 2005. He remembers telling interrogators that his vehicle was very clean because he had vacuumed his car the prior evening. This would imply Deepak spoke to authorities on May 30, 2005. Where is Deepak's official statement of May 30, 2005?

On July 12, 2005 Anita stated in a Joe Scarborough interview that Joran was picked up from school by police on Monday, May 30, 2005. Where is Joran's official statement of May 30, 2005?

On June 29, 2005 in a secretly recorded conversation in a police van, Satish Kalpoe tells Joran he told police about the ‘choller’ in his first police statement. We’ve seen the statement from Satish given on 5/31/05 – this would indicate his first statement was given prior to that. Where is Satish’s official statement of May 30, 2005?

02. MAY 31, 2005 - JORAN VAN DER SLOOT

Paulus Van der Sloots's official statment of June 23, 2005 confirms that a statement was taken from Joran on May 31, 2005 and that statement was signed.

03. JUNE 10, 2005 - ADMISSION BY JORAN, DEEPAK OR SATISH

On June 10, 2005 two official Aruban representatives released statements to the media that one of the suspects admitted the "something bad happened" to Natalee Holloway, she was confirmed dead, the location of her body was known, and authorities/family were being led to the scene by the suspect who made the admission.

04. PAULUS WITNESS STATEMENT - PAGE(S) MISSING

The June 18, 2005 Witness Statement of Paulus Van der Sloot is incomplete - at least one page is missing.

05. KOEN GOTTENBOS

In October, 2005 Aruban authorities approached Dave Holloway and informed him that Koen Gottenbos could possibly be the key to solving the case. Nevertheless, Koen was never interrogated again in spite of the promises of Gerold Dompig. The assistant prosecutor, Amalin Flanegin, quit because she believed that Koen lied when he was interrogated in the initial stages of the investigation, and Dompig refused bring him in again. A meeting that took place between Koen's father and the investigators could possibly reveal an explanation.

06. STEVE CROES

Steve Croes was detained for ten days under suspicion of "murder and kidnapping as well as being an accessory to murder". Croes admitted he lied when he supported Joran, Deepak and Satish's fabricated declaration that Natalee was dropped off at the Holiday Inn.

07. FREDDY ALEXANDER ZEDAN-ARMBATZIS

Freddy was questioned as a witness in the initial stages of the investigation, after which Anita van der Sloot telephoned him to find out what he told police. Freddy was later detained when Deepak and Satish were arrested for a second time. Deepak and Satish implied in the leaked police vehicle recording that Freddy is aware of the truth regarding what happened to Natalee Holloway, and Jossy Mansur confirmed. Reportedly, Freddy was told by Joran that Natalee was missing on May 30, 2005 – prior to her family arriving on the island and making contact with the suspects.

08. MICHAEL DOMPIG

Michael Dompig, son of Gerold Dompig, was detained regarding information he claimed to have that pertained to Geoffrey van Cromvoirt involvement with Natalee Holloway. Michael also made Dave Holloway aware of possible activity on the Gottenbos boat at the time Natalee disappeared.

09. LORENZO VAN RIJN

Lorenzo van Rijn was questioned in the initial stages of the investigation in connection to the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. Why?

10. GUIDO WEVER

Guido Wever was questioned three time by Aruban authorities and twice by Dutch investigators in the initial stages of the Natalee Holloway investigation. At the end of May, 2006 he was detained for six days under suspicion of "murder, heavy battery and kidnapping".

B. MISSING EVIDENCE

01. PAULUS VAN DER SLOOT’S ATM TRANSACTIONS - RECORDS

It has been rumored since the initial stages of this investigation that Paulus Van der Sloot made two ATM withdrawals sometime between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM on the morning that Natalee Holloway went missing. Were these records ever obtained by Aruban officials?

02. COMMUNICATION AND INTERNET RECORDS

Karin Janssen claimed that communication and internet records were allowing a clear picture to emerge surrounding the activities of the morning that Natalee Holloway went missing, and she was centering her case around these records. These records clearly showed Joran in the vicinity of the high rise hotels when he made two calls to Deepak’s phone – thus refuting his claims of being home at the time of the second call. Were these records ever presented to a judge?

03. FABRIC – FORENSIC REPORT

Was the fabric which appeared to match Natalee Holloway's blouse sent to Holland for forensic testing? Where is this fabric today?

04. BLACK BELT – FORENSIC REPORT

In the area of his search Art Wood found a black belt which appears to be the same belt in Joran possession in an image on his website. A forensic report has never been revealed and the belt was never returned to Art Wood despite his requests.

05. NOTE WRITTEN BY DEEPAK TO JOHN CHARLES CROES REGARDING SEXUAL ACTIVITY

In Deepak Kalpoe's official statement of June 9, 2005 he admitted when confronted by interrogators, that he did indeed write a note to his friend, John Charles Croes, in which he claimed that Natalee Holloway had initiated sexually activity with him. Where is this evidence of communication between John Charles Croes and Deepak Kalpoe?

06. SECURITY CAMERA RECORDINGS

(a) Excelsior Hotel

The security camera recordings of the Excelsior Casino would verify both Joran and Paulus movements as related to time as well as any interaction either of them may have had with Natalee Holloway on the evening of May 29, 2005.

(b) McDonald's Parking Lot

After leaving the Excelsior Casino on May 29, 2006 Joran states to Greta that his father picked him up at MacDonalds at 11:00 pm, and Paulus confirms this pick up. However, Beth and other witnesses present that first night claim Paulus originally stated that he pick up Joran at McDonald at 4:00 AM on the morning of May 30, 2005. Beth requested on June 5, 2006 that authorities check security cameras at the McDonald parking lot. Did Aruban authorities act on this information?

(c) Carlos 'N Charlies'

The security cameras at Carlos 'N Charlies would reveal time frame, Natalee's condition as well as Joran, Deepak, Satish and Natalee's actions and interactions throughout the 45 minute interval. If such cameras exist – did Aruban authorities view them to confirm or refute the suspects’ claims?

(d) Holiday Inn Entrance/Lobby

The security guards were detained although it had already been revealed by Beth Twitty that Natalee had not return via the entrance/lobby which would imply that a security guard could not have approached her. Was this footage kept from the judge of instruction who extended the detention of these innocent men?

(e) Racquet Ball Club

Joran claims in his official statement that he played tennis prior to going to the Wyndham Casino on the afternoon of May 30, 2005 while have a friend back up this alibi. Art Wood discovered that Joran never played tennis that afternoon. Was video footage available for authorities to have disputed this claim made by Joran?

(f) Wyndham Casino/Radisson Casino

Paulus Van der Sloot calls Joran from his cell and then announced to the Twitty group that Joran was gambling at the Wyndham, yet Joran claimed that he had just left the Radisson and was still in the parking lot when his father made that call. Was this video footage ever viewed by authorities who could then have questioned Paulus on why he chose to lead them and the victim’s family on a wild goose chase that night?

07. BLOODY MATRESS – FORENSIC REPORT

The bloody mattress that was located in the Grapefield Beach area was found on June 5, 2005 and determined the same day that the blood was not human. Why was the DNA determined so quickly, yet the fabric from Deepak Kalpoe's vehicle required forensic testing done in Holland to determine that the stains were not human?

08. FABRIC FROM DEEPAK’S VEHICLE – FORENSIC REPORTS (ARUBA/HOLLAND/QUANTICO)

The stained fabric from Deepak's vehicle was identified as human DNA by the Aruban Prime Minister, the prosecutor as well as the FBI prior to being sent away for testing. However, the findings of the forensic testing that was conducted in both Holland and the FBI laboratory in Quantico, Virginia revealed that the stains were cleaning fluid. How could human DNA tested in the field morph into cleaning fluid?

09. SNEAKER WITH BLOOD STAIN – FORENSIC REPORT

Early in the investigation Beth Twitty was informed by Aruban police investigators that blood was found inside one of Joran's tennis shoes that he had worn on the morning of May 30, 2005. Beth was assured by investigators that the blood would be forensically tested. However, the findings have not been revealed.

10. ‘DONKEY’ BONE- FORENSIC REPORT

Early in the investigation a bone was found on the beach and then turned over to Aruban authorities. When the finder later inquired about it, she was informed that the only person on the island who could determine the DNA was on vacation. Eventually the ALE announced that the bone was not human, that it belonged to a donkey. Reports conflict whether the bone was sent to Holland for forensic testing.

11. BONE WITH "FLESH" FOUND BY A TOURIST – FORENSIC REPORT

A tourist found a bone with flesh to the north of the Fisherman's Hut that appeared to be human. It was turned it over to High Commissioner, Ronnie Bernadina. Reports conflict whether the bone was then sent to the Rijks Laboratorium in Holland for forensic testing. Nobody from the Aruban investigation into the disappearance of Natalee Holloway has responded to queries.

C. MISSING WITNESS AND SUPPORTING STATEMENTS

01. BREAKIN AT FISHERMAN'S HUT - CARETAKER AND FISHERMAN

FBI obtained a declaration from a fisherman regarding a large fish trap and a knife that were stolen in a break-in at the Fisherman's Huts the morning that Natalee Holloway went missing. Chief Dompig claims no knife was in the ‘official’ report made to Aruban authorities. Why would Dompig claim an obvious falsehood?

02. ALBERTO GROENEVELD AND CLAUDIO ELDRIDGE – DEEPAK'S VEHICLE

At 2:30 AM on the morning of May 31, 2005 .... Alberto Groeneveld and Claudio Eldrige observed Deepak Kalpoe's vehicle inside the fence of the Van der Sloot property. These men told Natalee’s family that they climbed the fence and recording the tag (license) number. At this particular time Joran claim to be at the Radisson Casino - that he was gambling while Deepak waited. As of June 23, 2005, investigators had not take official witness statements from Alberto Groeneveld and Caudio Elridge. Have these witness statements ever been taken?

03. MARRIOT BEACH FISHERMEN

On the morning of May 30, 2005 Marriot Beach fishermen did not observed anyone near the Fisherman's Huts. However, at approximately 3:00 AM they did observe a jeep-type vehicle in the area close to the beach. Was this statement ever presented before a judge to refute Joran’s claims of having left Natalee at that beach?

04. WITNESS WHO OBSERVED BODY BEING PLACED IN A WHITE PICKUP

In the area of the Holiday Inn on the morning of May 30, 2005 a hotel worker observed and reported three men placing a body in a white pickup truck. A short time later authorities were overheard on a police frequency issuing a bulletin to stop a rented white Toyota pickup. The hotel worker's report should be in the Natalee Holloway case file.

05. NEIGHBOUR - WASHING/CLEANING DEEPAK'S VEHICLE

Shortly after 3:00 AM on the morning of May 31, 2005 Deepak Kalpoe was observed by a neighbor cleaning his vehicle. "Ants" were the reason given by Deepak. The neighbor retained an attorney. Is this witness statement in the case file?

06. WITNESS WHO OBSERVED VEHICLE DRIVING AROUND THE POND

The landfill witness, Junior, came forward to Aruban authorities on June 3, 2005 and claimed to have observed a body being placed in the landfill on June 1, 2005. He also recorded the licence (tag) number of the white pickup vehicle involved. ALE claims that the landfill was searched in the area specified to no avail. Two months later Junior approached Natalee's family with the same story. Are both of Junior's statements and the recorded tag number in the Natalee Holloway case file? Whose white pickup truck was this? Was it the same truck seen near the Holiday Inn?

This victim and her family have thus far been denied justice. They deserve a competent investigation, and a just prosecution.

We will not let up until this is achieved.

Aruba: Judge Smid ruled today that the Kalpoes can be released as suspects but held that Joran Van der sloot and the Security Guards should continue to remain suspects.

Asked why the security guards are still being held as suspects, Deputy Chief of Police Jan van stilj surmised, "because they're black, and blacks are always suspicious."

Judge Smid heard evidence that the security guards resisted attempts at framing them for the murder of Natalee Holloway. This is forbidden under Dutch Law.

"Clearly, Mickey John is part of a pattern of coverup and misdirection" stated the Judge. Smid also implored Karin Janssen to find evidence against the guards.

Judge Smid ruled that the Kalpoes did not know Natalee was dead when they were sexually assaulting her but than Joran did, since he drugged her.

The van der sloots attorney presented documents in court to say that they never heard of Natalee Holloway, never met her and that all of Joran's previous statements were made under duress and should be retracted.

Prosecutor Janssen was not present during the hearing, as she had a scheduled vacation and didn't want to lose her time which cannot be carried over to next year.

It seems Ms Waldron was doing the exact opposite of what her Task Force set as their first objective - "To verify if information given is truthful and bring forward the correct facts when necessary"

As an Arubian, I am very disappointed about the rumors that the international press is publishing about the happenings here on the island. CNN, Fox, NBC, ABC, CBS etc all are bringing the news to the world as it unfolds. New Suspect Emerges in Aruba Murder Case

Oranjestaad: A new suspect has emerged in the case of Natalee Holloway.

Mark Purcell, the balding rotund hotel employee at the Marriott Hotel in Aruba is the target of Dutch authorities who recently visited Aruba.

Mr. Purcell, who manages the tanning salon at the Marriott is married to the manager of Moombas. Marlene, his wife was recently questioned by Dutch authorities. Natalee Holloway was photographed in Moombas the night before she was murdered by the Van der sloots.

His son Mark Jr. is a bartender at Moombas.

It appears early on in the investigation, Mr. Purcell was found with a large quantity of Rohypnol, commonly known as a date rape drug. When asked about it, he claimed it was for "personal use." His wife backed up that claim, saying "Mark needs it to masturbate."

Purcell has blogged on the subject of Natalee Holloway using the screen name MIP6. He has trashed the Holloway family and Beth Holloway in particular. His activity on a Dutch funded site Blogs for Natalee is part of an effort by the murdering Van der sloot defenders to steer blame away from Joran van der sloot.

Mark Purcell, escaping his bankruptcy in the U.S. had his skin lightened, his belly enlarged and his propencity for lying in hyperdrive all to be accpted by the lowlife Dutch on the island of Aruba. "He kisses more Dutch ass than a drug addict in Amsterdam," said an official in Aruba.

Seems the bloated Mr. Purcell has some very Dutch traits, most notably, thin skin. Like the rest of the cowards in Aruba, he is unhappy with what some are saying about him.

"There was the time at the Marriott's Christmas party when Mark had too much to drink and did his impersonation of the Dutch boy with his finger in the dike. Marlene was unaware that she was to be the dike and was quite surprised by the re-enactment" said a friend.

He is believed to be seeking a transfer to the opening of a new Marriott in Bodie, Nevada.

Buruma, who was born in the Netherlands in 1951 is more interested in the prejudices revealed and the doubts cast on the workability of what only 10 years ago was considered Europe's most easygoing society.

The Dutch historian Johan Huizinga called his countrymen a "satisfied" people, an observation Buruma quotes more than once. But where Huizinga stressed bourgeois virtues like independence and self-regualtion, Buruma is more attentive to the bourgeois vices of complacency and smugness. The Netherlands has always had a class of so-called regenten, he explains, prominent citizens seen either as moral exemplars or as jumped-up know-it-alls.

In colonial times, they were captains of trade. For much of the 20th century they were Protestant, Catholic and socialist leaders. Since the 1960's, the regenten have been multiculturalists, proponents of the European Union and guardians of an official memory of World War 2, the horror and shame of which, writes Buruma, still hang over Dutch life "like a toxic clound." The poplulist Pim Fortuyn, assassinated in 2002, derided Dutch opinion leaders as the "left-wing church."

Buruma deplores this "offensiveness projected as a sign of sincerity, the venting of rage as a mark of moral honesty," and he considers it very Dutch.

Certain Muslim immigrants and their Dutch-born children- who, together, make up about a million of the Netherlands" 16 million people-did not get it. Muslim teenagers celebrated on the streets in the city of Ede on Sept. 11, 2001. In 2003 another gorup played soccer with wreaths laid for the Dutch war dead. It was not just the clulture they discomfited but the counterculure too.

Bouyeri, known to his friends as "Mo, strikes Buruma as less a revolutionary than a "confused and very resentful youny man," distinguished only by his mind-boggling sense of entitlement.

Bouyeri had been convicted of slashing a policeman's neck with a knife-he got a 12 week sentence. The largesse and leniency of European governments are a temptation, to "milk the state."

Like ex-Communists, they are trying to warn the liberal West that its enemy is in deadly earnest, even though they reckon that their potential allies have fallen "so deeply into the pit of moral decadence that they could never be counted on in the war against the forces of darkness."

The many freedoms we take for granted are not a triumph over decadence but another name for it.

Digging for Gold in Aruba

When the usual sources of revenue dry up, what's left? Joran van der sloot. He has value to Aruba and there is money to be made. Who will be the first to cash in on the truth about the murdering Van der sloots?

Once you pay for silence, you must keep paying and paying...

There are no written contracts for these deals. Anyone who doesn't think the bites being taken out of the brand Aruba isn't a good strategy, doesn't know human nature.

The leader of the country, Nelson Oduber, tried a strategy that underestimated the American people. His island's crime against Natalee was just too far beyond anything covered in the procedure manual.

"This will blow over" said Oduber. No doubt warning the populace to hold tight and everything will be fine. He miscalculated and now has nothing to offer.

Joran Van der sloot is now prime prey for a gold digger. Women will be throwing themselves at him in the hopes that they could be the one to cash in. One slip and they get 6 figures minimum for their story, and possibly a share of the reward money.

Like it or not, the freak show that is the Van der sloots is Aruba's only commodity. Sand and aloe can be gotten anywhere. But gawking at a murdering family like some Carribbean safari may have some low level appeal.

And if you're a guy with the same misogny that the Dutch and Arubans have shown, eyeballing a girl willing to drink at Carlos n' Charlies after what we know about the place probably is appealing. Joran Van der sloot is publicity, and you know what they say about publicity.

I have to disagree somewhat with CFI www.crimefilesinternational.blogspot.com in that it may be a publicity stunt, by the fact that Joran is seen in public, but I think it's just this Dutch Family (Van der sloots) depravity on display.

And speaking of depravity on display, how about Spencer Bachus? A Dutch PAC donates money and Aruba gets a meeting with him and without Dave or Beth?

How much for you to talk Bachus, what's the price? I can assure you that you will have to answer how and why you allowed this meeting and did not allow one of your own constituents to attend?

And speaking of freak shows, Robin Holloway took time out of her busy schedule to thank some hard working posters over at BSFNRBDP.

It was a little surprising that she overstepped the single best poster on all things Natalee in favor of some unemployed Dutch guys, but, to each his own.

And of course the timing was interesting. No doubt she read the posts of a hotel manager in Aruba and 2 guys who like to tell others to shut up (where have we heard that before?) and talk about their cocks, and found it necessary to thank them.

All on her own? I'm sure she wasn't asked to do it or someone else didn't write those words for her. Just don't ask her to quote a post by any of them. Natalee is dropped on the beach again by Robin Holloway of all people. Sad, very sad.

When you're on a fixed income, wholly dependant on the nanny state, there is no incentive to even do your job, you're just window dressing.

Karin Janssen and the VDS defenders stunted growth comes from being manipulated, like helpless lapdogs who want to click their heels and run down the yellowbrick road back to the arms of the nanny state.

The lack of soul is never having to have one. Fostered by fascist tendencies and the duty to take care of "their own." "Mistakes were made." But who made them and what lessons have been learned are nowhere to be found? Janssen and Jacobs and van der straaten remain doing the exact job, no retraining, no demotion, no pressure. But if you're black, like Dompig, or the security guards, capitalism applies.

The ones that had a soul, were paid to "let go." Even the soothsayer, Mickey John, the guard arrested, his picture beamed all over the world with words like murder and kidnapping attached to it. Even his honest assessment, was followed by silence, a pattern followed all the way to U.S. Congressman Spencer Bachus.

Wasn't the news of an arrest in the Jon Bonet Ramsey case out of leftfield? I had an odd feeling when I heard it.

Of course it's positive but I can't deny it seemed bittersweet and somehow bad news. As if it might take that long to bring the van der sloots to justice, and will it take that long for Natalee's parents to be able to bury their daughter?

Can we stay at it for 10 years? Well someone did for Jon Benet Ramsey, someone. A hero we don't even know and probably won't. Whether or not this guy is for real, it was jarring because it had been 10 years. The only good news is it wasn't dropped or "moved on" like Anita Van der sloot's sychophants suggest.

But because I've seen so many heroes standing in for Natalee through this whole experience, we can't move on. The small practical part of me knows I should move away, focus on "other things." Yeah, I could work just a little harder on "other things" and not have to haggle over the price of a nice car. Gee, wouldn't that be nice? So, do you put the time into making money, or into something that is purely instinctual? Something where there really will be no reward that I haven't already gotten? I've heard the "don't be quitter" thing since I can remember. An ironic statement that can also be fascist in its manipulation of who determines what quitting is. The statement always seemed shallow.

Until now.

The faceoff between extremely cowardice men in the case and the ferocious power of women refusing to go quietly is exactly what this crime was in the first place. Yes, have you noticed the most heat and the best posts come from women of experience. Do you know them? I do. Why "move on" when you're connected to so many extraordinary people. A lifetime in a cubicle or waiting on those governemnt checks will never expose you to such flesh and blood.

Courage is being a grandmother, working full time, giving of yourself to your family and protecting yourself. Years of ups and downs emotionally. Flourishing for a long time already. There are alot of women like that behind Natalee.

Do you think these women really are intimidated by anything? Or afraid of bullies?

The connection is directly to Natalee in ways more important than a last name. It's a bloodline that grows like roses. Sometimes they just bloom intensely in the strangest places.Their popping up all the time on the front page comment section of Scared Monkeys.

Have you ever seen one? There are dozens here right now, right here, in this moment. These are more than names, they are the power that makes men afraid. The violence a lashing out.

Spencer Bachus, Joe Tacopina, Jan Van der straaten, Gerold Dompig, Rik Smid, Antonio Carlos, Alexander Gottenbos, von cromfoirt. I mean, if these guys were actors they could play each others roles. Interchangeable.

Self Conscious Cowards. The lack of respect they have given Natalee is as low as it gets. Absolute shameful.

What are you standing behind when you defend the van der sloots? Money? The Law? Oh yeah that's a ringing endorsement. You know the posters who are of the same mentality, teenage boys.

How blind if you think for a minute the shamelessness with which you have acted is going to be even for a minute forgotten. It's not a threat as a bully would think. It's organic. It's obvious. These women will be there, nameless as the person who didn't give up on Jon Benet.

How do you see this? It's just names on a computer, the identity of these people comes with a subjective eye.

A teenage boy, or a late thirties loser still living with mommy may not be able to appreciate this power, but a grandmother who's been through the battles of age, can spot you immediately. A nuisance like a lone gnat.

Risking their jobs, losing their jobs, risking alot for Natalee, and Karin Janssen can't even skip a vacation? Are you wallowing in shame or doing "other things" in your life. But I know Natalee is a tattoo on your face every day, it just is.

Karin Janssen, and not Arlene Schippers is the bimbo of the century. And if I can find any beauty in this,in the savage misognyistic hate crime against Natalee, in her defenders, then I can denegrate such a poor excuse of a "professional" and woman. She was blinded by the sun or submissive to a sociopath.

Janssen lived in fear on Aruba. A title without power. A complicit criminal or a hotel concierge is her legacy.

Bachus looked like a good guy at first, I really thought he looked sincerely distressed when I saw the brief video of him. I honestly thought this was a guy who had felt the pain.

But to find out he was suffering from food poisoining and had ruined his last pair of 3 day old Fruit of the Loom underwear was just another cruel letdown.

Or maybe he's holed up in his apartment in Washington blogging with names like, Shango or Mudhoney?

Aruba has, in it's own way told us what happened to Natalee, they just refuse to give her back. Holding her hostage so the nanny state can still send those paychecks.

If you look at the Chief of Police, both of them, and the Prosecutor, you can see that they know what happened to her, they just don't want to do anything about it, they have unsolved a case they have already solved. It's in their words and actions.

Right away, Chief Van der straaten identified this as a "murder." He informed us, via his spokesperson that there was "more than circumstantial evidence."

The next Chief of Police, Dompig said she overdosed, her body was moved several times and that the 3 main suspects are "guilty as hell." He also said cryptically that in the early days (sic) you probably have already spoken to the ones responsible.

Then the Chief Prosecutor speaks via the charges, or arrests on suspcicion. It's the only way she can reveal what she knows.

"Heavy Battery, kidnapping, rape, murder" etc.

But most important, PREMEDITATION.

All of this true.

None of this comes from the media, it isn't rumor it's from their own mouths. These are the people responsible for the investigation and the prosecution on Aruba. Yet they are so helpless they want to blame the U.S. and not their own Mommy, Holland.

As time goes by, there are no other theories, no talk of running away or beach flashers. It's the van der sloots and everyone knows it. Time hasn't muddled anything, it's only entrenched people who have made themselves complicit or have lied. "There's no place like home, there's no place like home."

Natalee was targeted by Paul Van der sloot. Natalee sitting between the father and son. She was drugged and taken back to the VDS home where she died. I don't believe they even got around to doing all they premeditated. They couldn't claim an accident because of the presence of drugs. So they blamed it on Natalee. Classic.

Instead of calling for help, they just threw her away and began formulating stories. No body, no case became the inspirational rallying cry for the Van der sloots to enlist help, threaten anyone even remotely involved.

Gerold Dompig knows this. This theory is corroborated by their own statements. She was targeted, drugged, overdosed and her body moved and destroyed.

As for the U.S. governement. I believe they have already acknowledged, in their way, what happened here. Asking Dompig for his source was the minimalist version of saying, "you're full of shit." And to have the Director of the Violent Crimes Unit present for a meeting with the Aruban delegation that came to seduce Congressman Spencer Bachus is another sign that they knew already what happened.

But the network for Natalee is actually growing and not shrinking. I'm amazed at how many people, who once thought it cultish, seem to grow more interested. As if Beth's enactment of Paul Revere was a bell they are starting to hear more loudly. Maybe something in their own lives, where they've felt enough is enough or just realizing they haven't really given of themselves to help others.

Either way, it's growing. And the intensity, a collective female force that has the staying power to squash cowards like the van der sloots and the other Dutch men of entitlement. Just an amazing experience, a hopeful one.

It appears Arlene Schippers used the bait of the 3 suspects being arrested again to silence Spencer Bachus. She knew, or professed to know Aruban Law. If you read these 2 posts from some great work at Scared Monkeys by Miss-Understimated and Maggie you can see something is not right with this picture.

Bachus in his formal release claims confidentiality and "not wanting to harm the investigation" the same line they used on Beth. Karin Janssen the Chief Prosecutor told Beth directly that the police did not want to arrest the 3 in the beginning so they could be watched. That is an absolute lie and something you do with drug dealers, not murderers. Yes, murderers as they threw that word around liberally when the guards were arrested.

It appears the same strategy to lie and deceive was in place when Arlene "my cousin arrested on suspicion of heavy battery" Schippers duped Congressman Bachus.

Why the different conclusions? Mr. Bachus, whether the FBI, President Bush or Jesus Christ himself advised you not to speak, you need to tell us what exactly was said in that meeting.

Did you receive $26,555.00 from a group called the Netherlands Pac? Why is that?

Spencer Bachus can praise his constiuents as being the salt of the earth hard working americans who's votes he wants. The lives he has the audacity and honor to represent. But here it is, now.

Is he unaware that those people are battling everyday for answers that he got a taste of, a meeting not even Natalee's parents were allowed to attend.

Spencer Bachus, you have to trust your heart and not the FBI. You have a chance to raise your stature to places you never even dreamed, and we will allow you to do it at the expense of Natalee Holloway.

It's in some ways even more painful, that we still have a shred of belief, that our politicians whom we pay with our hard earned money, might actually represent us. Instead you are so coy and aloof.

Let's be practical, you could come out in public and tell us your views on anything else and it wouldn't merit not half the passion or audience that revealing what you were told, on our dime, in the meeting with Aruban representatives.

It's long past the time where you can claim your silence is for the good of Natalee, it isn't.

Who's advising you? I have a few names of some women that you should hear. Women who have been far more productive with their lives than you have. You can't buy that kind of following, but you alone are in a position to do just that, by acting, now.

What's it going to take for you to speak with substance? There's only one bad option and you've chosen it.

Tell us what you heard, the Powerpoint presentation on why your country should still support the State of Aruba with American dollars?

Did the actual name Natalee ever come up or was it "that girl" or "her" or the "american girl?"

Congressman Bachus, there are few of these moments in life where you have a chance to set yourself apart, it seems risky with the FBI advising you I know. But it really isn't risky at all.

Do you have any idea how many people don't even feel risk anymore at all? Don't you want some of that energy?

Will you take the lead and help us bring Natalee home? We have starved for something positive. Think about the fact that a decent burial for Natalee is about the most positive dream we can hope for. That's how horrific an injustice this is.

He scares the Dutch in Aruba. He's black and he knows what happened to Natalee Holloway.

With 60 minutes of prime U.S. television air time, the one moment that I remember from that publicity Aruba couldn't ever afford, was the nice moment where Dompig showed us the radar tracking system of the island. It's comforting they can see battle cruisers moving in and out of Aruba. Was the system still under warranty Gerald?

Essential information for tourists when choosing a place for vacation.

Yet following telling Equusearch that he has a specific location out at sea that needs to be checked, but never was and still hasn't been, he, like this case, has too much information to process and create a cohesive story. Sounds like Paulus is not only a failed judge but a poor script writer.

He also revealed the movement of Natalee, multiple times and guessed that she overdosed. He seemed like an anchorman wired to the production room feeding him information.

And if we're not going to let corrupt judges decide how we feel about the van der sloots neither can we depend on a NY judge to tell us what we already know. Laws don't grow on trees, well maybe in Aruba.

I mean what has changed in one day? Nothing. A decision after a long, years long, process that the van der sloots likely would have ignored would certainly feel much more hollow than this.

Sure, there will be a "new" sheriff in town, some stooges want to endorse. Like a new "Dutch" Police Chief or Prosecutor has a white horse? More window dressing, we've had 2 police chiefs and 14 full time investigators and it's still an ongoing investigation, blah blah. But funny how the same people who are offended by the word "Dutch" when referring to the savagery against the Holloways now promote the new "Dutch" Police Chief or Prosecutor. Can you be more gullible?

This is high level whitewash and another in a long line of delay tactics until they wear the Holloways down. Your parents are dead, there is no white horse so grow up or get out of the room!

The answers are with Natalee, and if you don't want to stay with her, thanks for your effort so far, really. But this isn't for the thin-skinned or sensitive. Nothing could be as rough, nothing could be said too inflammatory compared to what these savages have done to Natalee and her family.

Targeting the van der sloots is absolutely appropriate given they are the ones who targeted Natalee, and killed her. If you don't know that by now, then go back and interiew the beach flasher. Or ask Ms. Janssen why the premeditation charges against the Van der sloots, and the "heavy battery?"In terms of the legal procedure were they made up charges? I believe Ms. Janssen was attempting to send a message, the only power she has left.

The excruciating patience and spirituality of Natalee's father Dave will prevail. He will have the answers he seeks. Justice, well, that will happen in it's own way. If anything more pressure, more intensity and more inflammatory accusations are what is needed, right now. Not healing, not stepping back, those are defensive tactics.

Aruba isn't the only place that values money over life. But they are just stupid because they failed on both counts. Just remember that next time you go on vacation. But stupid people often survive the nurturing of the massive corporate machine that is governments and in this case Holland.

More serious people, not less are still with her. If you let convention restrict you to some abstract protocol of behavior you are not with Natalee. She was targeted and killed, and we're supposed to give these people a pass? And spin it like we are doing it for the next possible victims.

When a delegation from Aruba met with Congressmen Spencer Bacchus, he came away from the closed door meeting saying, "clearly this is not a case of a teenager who just wandered off."

Yet Arlene Schippers, who was at the meeting, the meeting Beth was not allowed to attend, has most recently been quoted as saying, "she just vanished."

Well what is it? That's the best you could do Mr. Bachus, tell us what didn't happen? And why the disconnect between your description and Ms. Schipper's?

U.S. Ambassador John Rood has admitted that 26 women have been raped (that we know of) in the Bahamas in the past 3 years.

He told reporters that "although the number is large enough to be cause for concern it was not large enough for the Embassy to issue a travel advisory."

What? What number does it have to be? I have no doubt that the number would be 27 if you're daughter was the 27th victim?

Natalee is our daughter. What number is it because are you going to explain to the victims numbers 27 and beyond? Will you speak to the families when it reaches the threshold when you finally look out for them and not yourself?

The F.B.I.'s comment to Gerold Dompig that they wanted to know who the witness is before sending resources, convinces me they know exactly what happened here and who is responsible.

And if people using their own resources can start digging, we are only finding out what you already know.

The U.S. Government is covering up the case of Natalee Holloway, I assume because as the distinguished Ambassador said, it isn't quite enough. Not quite on the grandiose scale of a war or a terrorist attack. And of course not enough job well done's from whoever's ass your tongue is in at the moment eh Rood?

If Natalee isn't some teenager who just wandered off than what was she? You had access her own parents have not. Not even a phone call to Beth? Paul Van der sloot is compensated and you stand and do and say nothing?

Fortunately there are people better than you working their own angles, all sorts of them.

Karen Jannsen is sent to an outpost not a place where a "top" prosecutor goes to battle crime, she manages it. The same is true for the F.B.I. not an organization without it's beaureaucratic inactivity and paper pushing. Think Ruben Trapenburg with one of those FBI windbreakers.

I'm not a big believer in Shango because it always sounded like an F.B.I. agent with an attitude like Dompig's, "yeah we know what happened, but whataya want me to do about it?"

Others, take a more interesting angle, Shango is an F.B.I. agent and they don't care, they just go with it, culling over every piece of information like their eating a steak.

The passion is very powerful, but luckily so far for Aruba it still has been more of a scatter shot than a sniper.

These people can be devastatingly effective if you catch on to their curiosity, and love of digging. I am in awe of how Tamikosmom can slice up the unprepared with the public record, it's brutal and subtle. Why is she inspired to do that so often in a place supposedly for Natalee? Pearl and Justice for Natalee raging and a few other women who will remain nameless the perfect antecdote for the male testosterone and misogny that took Natalee. The same misguided misogny that is spinning for the Van der sloots, and for Aruba and for Holland.

And they blame the american media yet try to revive Gary Coooper?

If only they could meet in an open and honest forum. The predictable fear and misogny that took Natalee on display everywhere if you care to see it.

The F.B.I. has a certain way of gathering information and there are some people who recognize the language, and they see it and know it is somewhere, somewhere reports are accessible to those who know it's going to take perserverence.

Beautiful Women All Over Aruba

There are so many beautiful women with their hearts in this ugliness, this horrific injustice. And sometimes amid all the violence, the charges, the misogny and male thuggishness, you can see the compassion emerge. It's not about words or style it's something more, you can feel it in the background, like you can sense someone's heart telling us why they're in it. Regardless of whether the prediction is right or wrong, the compassion and hopefulness take me back.

On May 17th, when John Q Kelly, along with Beth H-T, walked out of the courthouse in New York, John Q Kelly had a very confident demeanor. Beth did not have the same smile on her face that Kelly did. I remember thinking, Beth is no longer in "shock"...she is truly feeling she will most likely never see her daughter alive again...this civil suit was all she had left, which might possibly help her learn why. Still, she was feeling the loss of her daughter in a most powerful way that day.

Joe T. looked like a man, who had just lost his best friend...he looked strained and disappointed. It was quite a contrast in the demeanors of the two attorneys. I could be wrong, but I think Joe T. was shocked at the ruling that day.

I think the judge knows if this case is not allowed to be tried in New York, there is simply no way we will ever know what happened to Natalee...unfortunately, I believe this to be true.

There seems to be a stalement in this investigation in Aruba. It has seemed all through the investigation: one foot forward, while two feet backward.

The Holloway-Twittys have gone through so much to find Natalee...to understand where their daughter is. When they first arrived on Aruba, by all appearances that I was privy to by the news media, they were very complimentary of the Arubans, hanging in there with them...trusting everything which was being done to find Natalee.

Dave helped with the search himself, while Beth and the family worked with the new media. Beth handed out posters, and she went over the entire Island making sure everyone knew who Natalee Holloway was/is.

However, I will never forget the shock when, after Dave and TexasEquSearch worked such long and gruesome hours in the landfill, the deep levels they had worked so hard to get to...for some unknown reason...while their backs were turned, they were filled back up.

I will never forget AMERICA'S MOST WANTED interview with Dave, Dompig, and the reporter from AMW, on the Island of Aruba. Dompig was on camera telling of information he had received of a boat being launched from a specific area of beach, taking a body out to sea on the morning of Natalee's disappearance.

He went on to say he felt this area needed to be searched. Dave and the reporter were shown going to this area, and there Dave found a cross memorial, someone had erected for Natalee. It was a startling moment.

When Dave, TexasEqusearch, and other eilte searchers went back to search this specific area of beach, they were told by Dompig, no...no time to get papers signed. They were dumbfounded to hear this from Dompig...afterall, it was at his request they do this search. This search could have been done with no expense to ARuba whatsoever! While all those searchers, along with the family, spent their own time and money to do this MOST IMPORTANT OF SEARCHES, THEY WERE AT THE LAST MINUTE DENIED.

WHY was this search not allowed to go forward??? And people ask, "why the boycott?" The boycott was created out of a plea to Aruban LE to get its priorities and facts straight in this investigation. The least they could do is to keep their promises to the family of a missing girl by helping with the searches. All they had to do was to cooperate...the searches were being done by the family and other search foundations such as Texas EquSearch. I will never understand why Dompig said, "no" to IMO the most important search, which could have ever been done to find Natalee Holloway.

I think, in the beginning, the good citizens of Aruba took a day off from their posts to do a ground search for Natalee. This was done in good faith, and I think they were sincere in that search. I think the when the Netherlands sent those planes in to search was a positive action, too.

However, it was after these positive actions were taken to find Natalee...things began to fall apart. This occurred within the office of the Aruban LE. I think within those office walls is where the search efforts went terribly wrong. I truly regret that this office let its people down, but I believe it did. How can we trust that office in Aruba to do anything right at this point?

This is why I think the case will be heard in New York. Just with the above facts, the judge should see that injustice has ruled in Aruba throughout this investigation...even while extreme efforts were made by the family and others, using their own funds and precious time, to search for Natalee.

I believe this judge will rule in the favor of "justice for Natalee!"

Paul van der Sloot, a judge in training in Aruba, gave his 17-year-old son Joran van der Sloot and two Surinamese brothers legal advice the day after 18-year-old Natalee Holloway disappeared, District Attorney Caren Janssen told MSNBC in an interview

"They spoke about the situation that when there is no body you don't have a case, and that was already in the first day after the disappearance," Janssen said.

Janssen said that the elder van der Sloot had obstructed the investigation by asking a friend of Joran, who had been interrogated by police, what he had told them. Janssen told MSNBC that he was arrested because investigators believed he was also a suspect in the disappearance.

If stronger evidence was needed for each successive request to hold a suspect for longer periods of time, then where did all the evidence go against Joran, the one suspect who was held the longest period of time?

The moment seems momentous now. Dave Holloway, walks up to Paulus van der sloot and extends his hand and says "I can forgive alot, I just want to find my daughter." Paulus van der sloot may have had sweat or tears in his eyes and said, "I'll do anything to protect my son."

Totally missing what an opportunity Dave Holloway, a God fearing man, was offering. What monumental inner strength to say that, at that time. The time Paulus Van der sloot was saying "no body, no case." When Joran was saying he didn't even know who she was and then that he "dropped her on the beach."

Spoken by a godless people who can criticize religion but live in a society where it's okay to sleep with your daughter but don't inconvenience a Dutch Elite unless you're ready to pay. Not even the courage to accept the offer and say he was sorry, it was an accident or something else and take Dave's decency.

A specific Aruban Police officer is unhappy with the characterization of all police being dirty. I was told they are not covering for the van der sloots but for themselves. In the early days, there was no panic, the arrest of the black security guards was a procedure in place for American consumption, it's largest customer.

the panic set in when the media didn't buy the story of the guards and Aruba was shocked and had no plan on how to handle the attention. "They saw this as a public relations crisis."

It was also pointed out to me that I was wrong to assume Karin Janssen only had the word, or hotel story to present to the judge in holding the guards on murder charges.

Jan van der straaten said directly it was murder and they had the body of Natalee Holloway. But when the guards were proven innocent and Beth and the media were still there, they were forced to bring in Joran and the Kalpoes.

But it's then that there was no body, no case against the 3 and that's when Natalee went from dead to missing...

It appears Karin Janssen was duped and Gerold Dompig inherited a position that had gone on public record (Van der straaten) as saying this was murder and a police force divided by complicity.

Things seem to get awfully quiet when the picture of Paulus at the casino talking with Natalee came out. It knocked Joe Tacopina (who when asked about it, did not deny it, he said "Paulus has admitted to being in the casino") off the air and Steve Cohen vanished after saying he'd look into it. No more Arlene "she just vanished" Schippers, relative of Guido "heavy battery" Wever.

Of all the types of people sitting next to Natalee, it's not a woman, it's not a black person or a fat person or someone in typical tourist clothes. It's someone who not only is wearing the white dress shirt so many of the Dutch elite wear in Aruba but someone who you can't say is not Paulus Van der sloot. A coincidence?

But how to explain evidence of Paulus Van der sloot? That would be much more difficult and seems to necessitate that she wasn't found. That no amount of revenue loss to your precious kitty could be worse.

So what's more damaging, a blog that calls Paulus Van der sloot a rapist or a prosecutor that brings Paulus in twice on suspicion of complicity to pre-meditated murder, complicity to kidnapping and murder and kidnapping, manslaughter or intentional containment with the dead as consequence?

Why is it so hard to even utter the words that this is a sex crime, a hate crime against Natalee. Her parents cannnot bring themselves to even utter the details regarding Joran's early statement about Natalee's anatomy.

To incapacitate a woman by drugging her for the purposes of sex is without accurate words in it's violence. But in Aruba, it seems common knowledge. What kind of sick mind can rationalize this behavior, what kind of savage person can even commit a sex act with a woman they've drugged? Ah, hey Dad, is it normal that I get a hard-on while watching Bangbus? Ever have one of the talks Paulus with your son? But then, who would be asking the question you or him?

These are dangerous people, and yet the same suspects are out partying again, Aruba once again looking the other way, the same lack of concern that took Natalee's life and nothing has changed.

The adults in Aruba play politics while the boys raised on porn roam free full of the misogny these adults spawned. The adults made the money on porn, at the expense of the kids, nothing but actors, bubblegum porn stars. Interesting the Kalpoe's and Van der sloots have no sisters, the only female role models being the mother's and tourists coming to have some fun, as if that's all women are? It's a warped perspective and add to that the fact that these guys had access to the internet and fed their minds with Bangbus and faux gangsta and pimp images. For as many hours as kids of my generation watch TV. I was watching baseball and Carvel commercials while these guys are watching girls get fucked and dropped on the beach.

Those same people who complain about slander are themselves guilty of the same thing. Slander is a legal term, decided in a court of law, and to threaten someone because they engage in slander, is hypocrisy from the "innocent until proven guilty robots."

How has it affected your own life? Can you just handle the pain of tragedy more, do you use Natalee to bash others, other countries, anything unrelated to this particular savagery?

The soulless say there are millions of cases like this, so we should ignore all of them?

This case should open your eyes to seeing the misogny and predatory behaviour everywhere all around you. How far removed are we from when girls were precious? There was even the basic human decency.

We now have people roaming free who drug, rape and kill a girl with so much promise and they see it as a "problem" or "situation" or "incident?"

And you can meet the price for Joe Tacopina's own brand of cheerleading, a paid actor. Like being confused that a group of people would pay Cameron Diaz $20 million to do a movie? Is that good or bad?

And we should follow some decorum or politcally correct speech? If you heard about the word karma, but maybe never really felt it, this is it.

Imagine Natalee in your mind and then see the words, premeditated murder, rape, premeditated kidnapping, heavy battery and intention containment of the dead as consequence and you need a fucking judge in Curacao to tell you what to do?

The Paul van der sloot who did nothing to help find Natalee or demand his son do the same, then went to the Prosecutor, his friend, Karin Janssen to press charges against Tim Miller when he asked if he could search his well.

Jan Van der straaten threatened to do nothing if Beth didn't back off. He feels he's worked hard, but not for Natalee. And he was the Chief of Police.

He has a job on another island.

And Dennis Jacobs? What's in it for him? His job. Whoever holds the fate of this position is the one pulling the strings in Aruba.

Does it connect to Holland? The only police officer to implicate Joran van der sloot, Gerold Dompig doesn't have a job anymore. Either does Steve Cohen, who's last public appearance on the Rita Cosby show, promised to look at the casino tape picture showing Paulus talking with Natalee, and promised to get back with an explaination.

He never made it back on the air.

Dompig was the one who heard Joran's confession, who told Rudy Croes he was being led to "the body." Dompig also said "the three are guilty as hell" thereby implying a van der sloot guilt. Dompig also revealed the closest thing to confirming Natalee's death, even though he called it an overdose. The bizareness of him coming out in public and stating where Natalee was buried.

If you're the Gottenbos or Von Cromvoirt family, both picking up established businesses and leaving them behind, after their son's, we think, were brought in for questioning. Koen Gottenbos was allowed to let his father speak for him. As if one more year would allow him to better explain how he participated in crimes against girls?

For 2 innocent boys, we are supposed to think 2 businesses and 2 families with nice houses in Aruba just evacuated their life for innocence?

And even if the boys were in involved in a serious crime, why uproot so dramatically?

Maybe if it was more than the son, it was the father's who were running. We've seen an Aruban/Dutch father run before, Paul Van der sloot. 3 sweating men, head of households acting more nervous than anything I've ever seen.

Whatever it is, the consensus in Aruba is that the truth is fatal.

Just one girl, just one teenager? How about one life, a precious life. Aruba and the racist Dutch always throw in "american girl" no doubt to feed their hate, their jealousy as somehow it lessons the value.

Natalee was not the first victim. She was one of many victims. The truth about what happened to her is not an isolated incident. The complicit either allowed the savagery to exist or participated in the raping of women, then the threats if they spoke up.

The complicit includes members of the government and the Police Department. The predators are not the kids, but their parents. Gottenbos, Van cromvoirt, Van der sloot, van der straaten, Croes, Oduber.

No shame in giving up your business but the fear of being exposed, as an adult, father, as someone who rapes girls the ages of their sons, well that's the end. The suicide.

The reason Aruba can accept the current decline in revenue is because the truth will be a fatal blow to Aruba. Hell on earth.

While I believe Paulus is the very definition of a scumbag, that doesn't mean he enjoys wasting money. How else to explain how Joran seemed to spend money freely in large sums? Where did this money come from?

Aruba wouldn't risk it's economy on three uneducated loser kids?

But to uproot whole families, business owners who flee Aruba and claim their teenage son's are innocent? It just doesn't add up. Gottenbos and Van cromfort, no doubt with doting airhead wives complicit or fooled in denial over their own families depravity.

The dark corners of the Dutch male cowardly mind, probably answered yes to the question of would you rape a beautiful girl who wouldn't otherwise give you the time of day if you could get away with it.

Men know, more than anything else, sex is the great temptation. The apple in the Garden of Eden. Just what is the role of a Narcotics cop in a place where drugs flow like water. Success is not measured by the elimination of drugs but the revenue derived from it. Take morality out of it and it's good business.

But to condone the drugging of another person for rape is a savagery that even the complicit know cannot be rationalized.

So they run, they bully and threaten.

But they didn't realize that they have nothing to leverage anymore. When you're Natalee's parents and you have nothing left to lose, you can't be bullied. And since millions of us feel the same way about Natalee we won't let them off, ever.

Our own politicians can't face the truth here. Spencer Bacchus no more talkative than Karin Janssen but both have said something.

The word premeditated in the charges from early on. Premeditated implies Natalee was targeted, as were the others. Aruba sells it's island as a place to come and be unbound for a time from the day to day gind and then blames the same people they lure for being so carefree.

They ask you to trust them and then blame you for trusting them. The self conscious guilt is all over these cowards.

If there is one person singularly responsible for why Aruba can talk about Natalee's death but not tell us how they know and why they have no evidence, it's Dennis Jacobs.

Dennis Jacobs is responsible for evidence. Standing in front of Joran and the Kalpoe's on that night, listening to their "story" he took it as evidence and arrested the security guards. I mean, really, uh okay Joran thanks for the tip?

Just imagine that scene. He's just not that stupid, but he is that corrupt. And Karin Janssen went along with it, but she is that stupid.

But keeping it close to home, I want an answer from Spencer Bacchus. Did he believe Arlene Schippers who said Natalee just "vanished." The same Schippers who accused Beth of lying but in fact was lying herself, the same Schippers who's cousing Guido Wever was arrested for "heavy battery."

Spencer Baccchus is a fool, a disgrace and a soulless man. How he could sit through that meeting and make the statement he did and then just remain silent is inexplicable.

"My heart aches for Natalee and her family. I've known from the minute Natalee was announced missing on the tv, exactly what happened to her. I have been in touch with the FBI, and they have my statement. I have been to Aruba 3 times, and the last time was HORRIBLE.

I went with my husband and 4 friends. We stayed at the same hotel Natalee stayed at. My husband and I were both drugged, taken from the hotel casino.

My husband was locked in a back room of the bar The Rio Grande, I was taken out to the desert, and didnt come out of the black out until the next morning. I had been raped and beaten. I was fortunate enough to talk my way out of the situation, promising I wouldnt go to the police. When I got back to my hotel, my husband and a friend did go to the police station..........it is just like you've seen on the tv for the Holloway-Twitty family.

They did NOTHING to help us at all. Even with the police knowing, that the casino-workers and the Commishioner of the casino had a problem with the 'man', and were also willing to help my husband and I.

We switched hotels that day, and stayed in most of the time we were there. The night before we were to leave all 6 of us decided to go to the beach. That 'man' showed up. My husband and cousin got a hold of him, we asked a hotel worker to call the police (they took almost an hour to get there). We told them what had happened and they simply put him in the back of the police jeep uncuffed, and drove away with him.

I guess we were all in shock, my husband and I just glad to be leaving both alive. They have never mentioned on the news the brothel out in the desert behind the Holiday Inn pass the light house, thats were I was taken to, a police-woman told me that it was a Whore-House, no big deal??

I have tried to get in touch with Beth Holloway, I think I could maybe help her or at least tell her that Natalee didnt feel any pain, as I said I was drugged and I dont remember anything until the next day. A lot of parents are now coming on tv again with the same situations of missing children from all islands, but none have gotten any justice or even an answer. It seems I am the only one to have survived.

I pray for Natalee and her family every morning and every night, and badly wish there was a way to comfort her mom, who has been, and has had to be, a very strong woman. My husband had to only endure a couple hours of not knowing if I was alive or what happened. He said he cant imagine how they feel. So our hearts and prayers are with them daily. I hope this all ends soon for them, no mother should have to be put through this. I havent been able to talk about what happened to me, but I would do ANYTHING to help Natalee and her family.

David Cruz, a spokesman for the Aruban Minister of Justice (search) told FOX News Natalee Holloway (search), who was on vacation with friends with a graduation trip when she disappeared, was confirmed dead and that authorities knew the location of her body.However, Cruz later retracted the statement, saying he was a victim of a "misinformation campaign."

Prime Minister Nelson Oduber said on national radio Friday night that if something happened to Holloway, it of twould damage the reputation his island of 97,000 people, which depends on tourism and is considered one of the safest spots in the Caribbean.

One of the young men detained admitted "something bad happened" to the woman after they took her to the beach, a police officer said, while prosecutors said the investigation was at a crucial point.But prosecutors refused to comment on the statement by Deputy Police Commissioner Gerold Dompig (search), who told The Associated Press that the man who made that admission was leading police to the scene. He refused to identify which of the three young men who took Holloway to a northern beach the night she went missing made the statement.Police refused Saturday morning to say whether they discovered anything overnight to solve the mystery of what happened to Holloway, who was last seen in the early hours of May 30.Referring to Dompig's statement, prosecution spokeswoman Vivian van der Biezen (search) said Saturday: "We neither confirm nor deny any information coming from other sources ... One of these boys has confessed, and Natalee is no longer alive. How do you pull something like that back off the table? Have you had or has your sister had or has anybody in the family had any explanation from Aruban officials whatever happened to this confession, where they buried it?

REYNOLDS: I am not aware of any follow-up information. You know, this seemed to disappear from sight, these confessions did. At the time, we thought that because the investigation is kept secret, we thought it was ongoing, and maybe they just didn't want to release it officially at that time. But, as we see that the appeals, the hearings are showing there's no evidence, but yet we have these confessions, it doesn't make any sense. It's as if they are being hidden or taken away.

SCARBOROUGH: You know, you said—talked about June the 10th. That's when you all were told that the confession had been made, and you said that the family actually started a grieving process. What did the family do?

REYNOLDS: You know, grieving is—it's a difficult process. We were all notified. We exchanged phone calls, making sure everyone in the family was notified. I even had to tell my children, very upsetting to them, very upsetting to all of us.

SCARBOROUGH: Wait, Paul. Are you telling me, back on June the 10th, you told your children, based on the confession of one of these—these punks that took Natalee away from the bar, that Natalee was dead? This was over a month ago. You had to break it to your family, the entire family, Natalee's entire family, because of the confessions, knew that she was dead, and yet here we are over a month later, and they are still claiming they don't have enough evidence to nail these guys?

REYNOLDS: That's absolutely correct. You know, the FBI had informed my sister based on the initial interrogations that that was their belief. That information was given to our family. And it's just—it's a very difficult thing to go through. Grieving should only be a process you have to go through one time.

Dutch Perverts and Murderers: The Van der sloots

The arrogance is gone for Paul Van der sloot. You're kid wasn't special or mature. His own place was because he was intolerable. Hey Paulus, join the club. Parenting is not new Paulus just because you had to not do it. You're posturing as a victim only inflames and makes me more certain justice will befall you and your whole family. Failed again in your legal damaged mind.

The running and sweating victim. You're failure is so vast, so total and so public. Your ridicule is so deserved. Your death will not be mourned but celebrated, so Natalee can kick your ass in a fair fight for eternity, what a sweet thought. But somehow I feel she's bigger than that, and will make you feel even smaller by forgiving you. She was wiser at 18 than you ever will be.

The internet is such a learning tool isn't it? Joran's favorite site of all was Bangbus.Uh-huh, more lessons for a kid with his own place. $250.00 in a night, in hours, and you let him out the next night? After that little mess about the american girl, right? I don't even wish my father would have let me drop $250.00 because the thought is a little creepy, and when allowed to go out the next night is just a concept I can't imagine. When the most courage you've shown is telling police he was at the casino, you're sickness knows no bounds.

So he drops 250 of your money and I presume you gave him more to go out again with the new friends the Kalpoe's? "He's just a normal teenager." Except that he like to drug women to assault them and when he doesn't get his way, he murders them. All the charges in this case so far are about the van der sloots. Trial or no trial, there is nowhere to hide. You would be in Holland if you could be wouldn't you Paulus? But you can't because it's safer for you in Aruba.

Good call having Joe Tacopina make the rounds telling us what a sweet kid Joran is. Do you have any idea how ridiculous and hilarious that is? Once again, the Van der sloot arrogance actually thinks the average person who would happen to hear tacopina wouldn't know what he's about?

But whoever paid Tacopina had to work harder to earn that money than it was spent. I like the defense of Joran Van der sloot that he "speaks many languages." Ooooooh, impressive Joey. Is truth a language? is lying an accent?

Sunday Morning July 9, just hours before the World Cup Final. Front page of the front section of the New York Times had a story on Zidane from France. Zadine's "masterly assurance and control." "A modest man who summons an elegant flamboyance." "A natural leader."

It is spirtitual, this journey, hanging together with others we don't realy know, and yet we trust. Just a little bit each day. While Joran is out blowing someone's money, I tell at least one person a day, the story of Natalee Holloway.

I can assure you, I have been ridiculed, but those people won't be going to Aruba or Holland, ever. Somehow they can't not think about me when they order a Heineken. It works, it really does.

I met a Dutch couple and their family, visiting on vacation from Holland. I have no doubt they will never forget Natalee Holloway. Funny, the father runs just like Paulus.

The Van der sloots: Premeditated

While being held in jail for the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, Paul Van der sloot was being paid by the Prosecutor's office. The same office he worked for 8 years.

And, Paul van der sloot is waiting on the size of a monetary award for his inconvenience. But then again, we just don't understand the Dutch/Aruba hybrid law like Arlene Schippers does.

And this guy couldn't pass a test for judgeship?

Would the truth be more shocking if Natalee was proven to be dead or alive? Why does it seem as the witnesses have their lives to fear regarding the truth? I mean bolting from a country, your home, seems to reveal something urgent.

Could it be that the term "premeditated" which seems to be what Janssen is telling us with the charges means that Natalee was targeted to be kidnapped but not killed? They haven't charged anyone with premeditated heavy battery, just heavy battery.

Pretty pathetic that Natalee's death would not be a surprise, but her life would be.

What does that mean? If the maximum Joran could get is 15 years and he is the main suspect, this case must be linked to more legal liability or something that would make witnesses fear for their lives.

Who are they afraid of? It's inconceivable that we are here now, this long after, without the participation, willingly of the Aruba Police.

"Premeditated." They knew something was going on, like the closet in your house you never open, it blew open. Natalee was murdered when the security guards were in jail, but now it's a disappearance?

It really wouldn't have been hard to explain Natalee's death. In fact, most people know what happened right? But why can't they explain how she went from murdered to disappeared?

Boys will be boys, could explain away the sexual assault gone bad? But what about the adults? How do you explain that?

They can't?

That was Paulus in the casino, and it is a body in the bag found on the day Natalee was declared dead.

Aruba cannot account for those still unanswered questions. Where did the body go?

"Premeditated." Would Dompig make up out of thin air that Natalee was moved several times?

Time brings it into focus. Aruba isn't chasing ghosts, and Natalee didn't just vanish like the vapid Ms. Schippers so inelegantly stated.

Aruba is chasing shadows, it's own.

Aruba and drugs, Singapore and drugs. If you wanted crime and punishment to apply when drugs are involved, which country's approach do you favor?

Dennis Jacobs knows drugs, although he forgets to take them often. Is he successful? When girls can have their drinks spiked for $20 in a bar on Aruba, does anyone believe the police were not aware of it? Or are the police protecting predators and drug dealers? Also sad that it's a dumb question now.

What kind of sick animals can endorse, even by their lack of action, the drugging of another person for the purposes of being assaulted? People who see a demand in victims and a supply of drugs just keeps flowing. This is the way they want it.

Benefitting drug dealers and predators. That's Aruba.

Frank Rizzo has pissed on hundreds of trees in Aruba. A traitorous greedy, but sadly typical U.S. politician.

The bullying and threatening was a way to prevent having to answer to the victims family. But now that they do, they crumble that quickly.

How can this be anything but a terrorist act against an American?

The Government of Holland is accountable for the actions of Van der sloot, Van der straaten, Janssen, Gottenbos...

In retrospect, the decision by the FBI to require Dompig to say who his witness is in return for belated and really, a small favor looks absolutely titanic next to Holland agreeing to Dompigs lie. And Holland isn't involved in a coverup?

We need to move off the island and hold them accountable. Any U.S. politician that doesn't back it's own citizens should go back to their rathole with Frank Rizzo.

People who care about money, really care about it, don't shrug off even 2% decreases that effect revenue. Unless the other down side is fatal. What exactly could be fatal for Aruba? It's not that Joran van der sloot killed Natalee in a fit of rage at being resisted, that wouldn't be surprising.

The prospect that Natalee never left the Van der sloot residence and was disappeared under the watchful eye of the same people watching the drug trade flourish under their nose, the Aruba Dirty Police. Who else was at the Van der sloot house that night?

Aruba: The Money is with Natalee Holloway

Just a little late on the gravy train, those Aruban Cops. Not the best time to be negotiating. Same for the new Colombian witness. He may get only scraps. Aruba is tapped out, the security guards, John Pauly, Joe Tacopina and the 9 lawyers, they took their money when the getting was good. It's not good anymore.

And it's not because of the tourist dollars. It's the drug money that is moving away, out of the limelight. There won't be any crime to pretend to fight anymore. Nothing to look the other way about.

The police are integral do everything that does and doesn't happen in Aruba. You can only collect favors for looking the other way when you know what you're looking away from.

The Aruba Police know, and know some of the police are involved in the covering up of multiple crimes. The Police had to be a part of Natalee's disappearance.

Karin Janssen, Gerold Dompig, Dennis Jacobs and Jan Van der straaten know the truth. They were told of Natalee's fate. But the instinct of the soulless cost them and a growing number of victims of the Van der sloots. They cannot answer to how they know Natalee's fate and cannot prosecute the Van der sloots. Because the plea bargain failed.

Dennis Jacobs is a narcotics cop in a place that has a reputation for being friendly to drug dealers. Of course his procedures and by default those of Aruba were not set up for a victim like Natalee. They didn't spend money on prosecuting a crime, but on defending the Van der sloots.

But they have done nothing about it. Where's the drug dealer who sold Natalee drugs? It's almost hard to believe the fiasco of Dompig's work. Now he's a spokesman for the police? Insane and Unprofessional.

The absolute falsehood that people should have to shut up or else hurt the case, is another piece of propaganda that over time we see was a distraction. Propogated by the complicit Arlene Schipper. We believed it in the beginning. But what a fascist lie that was. Don't speak about the case or hurt tourism and what? What's different about Dompig's latest brainstorm wanting police to be paid for "special events" and Van der straaten's threat to Beth to stop pestering her or he'd shut the case down?

The Aruba Dirty Police are admitting they can be bought.

The legal system really is like the Titanic, never been sailed but she's really ready for anything. Well maybe not everything.

Joran was afraid? Afraid of his innocence for 10 days? And his logic kicked in and said lie to the police and misdirect them away from somewhere? How smart is that if your innocent? Then hire thugs like Joe Tacopina and Frank Rizzo to defend yourself?

How much money do you have, Dennis Jacobs? Such sweet irony that you're most famous quote is coming back at you.

Time has a way of clarifying things. Just what were you doing talking to an 18 year old girl at a casino Paulus? An 18 year old named Natalee who disappeared that same night and was last seen with your son.

Did your presence make your property safe? How would anyone know the Paulus when his wife was away?

She came back to your house Paulus, you have no corroboration for any of your stories after your house. It's consensus Natalee was there and the rest is unsubstantiated.

Oduber's pride before the fall leads him to use the Chavez stick which is more like a twig because he couldn't and can't ask the U.S. for help. Just when you have nothing left to lose is exactly when you should. Right now, a little tension between the U.S. and Holland will benefit you and the Holloway family.

The only way you survive at all is to come clean, completely. Even if you're involved, it's the only way.

Your Dennis Jacobs moment is the statement that "Nobody is above the law." Curious you made that remark about the Van der sloots over a year ago. I'm sure it wasn't a worry about the Kalpoe's or the security guards getting special treatment.

People like the Van der sloots, the Van der straaten's and Tacopina's strike a nerve. But this is unprecedented.

Who cares what the judge in New York does? Who cares what becomes of Aruba? There will be the Van der sloots, the murdering Van der sloots who by their own indecency need to be stopped at all costs. But there has been more criminal behavior in favor of the Van der sloots than there has been energy to find Natalee.

Yet there exists no justice under any legal system that can begin to be considered fair to Natalee. Only our persistence in her memory to never break the chain around the Van der sloots can be considered even reasonably fair.

The legal system never really existed in Aruba. The precious budget was never meant to deal with prosecuting crime only managing it. Talk about looking the other way, the legal system was no more than a suggestion box. Paul Van der sloot has been waiting for a decision on his settlement since February. Do you really think there is some legal protocol here or is the judge waiting so as not to embarrass himself? Just what is he waiting for?

Because of Natalee and her parents, the Van der sloots are unforgettable.

Dave and Beth have stood the test of time. But the runaway, insurance scam, the Schipper's "vanished" theory, the MB students involvement, the beach flasher, the overdose have not. They look like hokey childish comments from children caught red handed.

Janssen, Jacobs, Van der straaten were not in Aruba to stem the flow of drugs and the surrounding money. Obviously.

They were more like managers. After all, without that currency who would fund anything on Aruba? Which is what we are seeing. The ones that operated under the radar have fled. The tourists only another distraction. Aruba's real troubles are it's fleeing "base." And it's not American tourists.

End the suspicion and the spotlight will go away. Not even a story about corrupt cops will warrant a blurb from any U.S. news program.

But John Pauly didn't tell you that? Or is it that Natalee wasn't the victim of an isolated incident? You had one of those moments where you knew it finally had gone too far? The freewheeling was over?

And you all lied and continue to lie. Inflicting more pain on Natalee's family than is necessary. Your sadism is what makes you famous.

Telling the truth is not mandatory when you tell the father of Natalee that you'll do anything to protect your son. It's a violent reaction.

Protect? Your legal head trip and you failed the test, again, Paul Van der sloot.

Dave Holloway came to Aruba, to the Van der sloots and everyone he met as a man of peace. It was obvious, a gentle man. Sometimes it was infuriating because I wanted you to be lawless and ruthless in seeking answers and finding Natalee. That's all you ever wanted and for me it wasn't enough.

But you were right, and I was wrong. In the big picture, when given a spotlight few ever want or are prepared for, you showed a part of what being a man really can be by the simplicity of your love for Natalee and the pride.

Just a quiet and gripping father. I want some of that for my own life.

It gave us a window into what Natalee was like because it just had to be, it's blood.

At this moment in time, you stand as a father to be recognized and it's a gift to me and I know to others.

I can only imagine that Natalee would be proud and thank you for giving someone the chance to say "Happy Father's Day," and actually mean it.

Aruba Police are threatening to walk out. Well who woke them up from their nap?

Walking out requires actually doing something, so that's a good thing. Does it look like Dennis Jacobs does any walking? I mean where are they going to go?

Is this actually a threat? It sounds to me like Aruba would be safer after the walkout. Just don't take that suicide stamp you use to close out the paperwork and who would notice?

I can't tell if we are witnessing a country, or as they like to say, a Kingdom, acting like a large corporation or a large corporation acting like a country.

"Insane"
"Unprofessional"
"Not functioning properly"

If I had a job review like that, the word resume' would come to mind. Yet, Karin Janssen, Gerald Dompig, Dennis Jacobs and Jan Van der straaten are still on the payroll.

In fact, has anyone been held accountable for this performance review?

If you read a statement by Karin Janssen posted below, she clearly states that Holland is in control of the Natalee Holloway case and always has been. She even goes on to say that only Holland will decide to prosecute when and if they want.

Who said something to the effect that "I have more to tell, but I'm just not ready to do that right now?" Well it was Joran Van der sloot sounding alot like Karin Janssen or is it Karin Janssen sounding like Joran Van der sloot?

Didn't both Anita Van der sloot and Gerald Dompig say "look in other directions?"

Holland is now trying to paint this as taking over the Aruban Legal System, but they have already had it. Slap a coat of paint on it and call it the new Aruba? What are they doing now that they couldn't have done before?

Natalee's family pleaded for a change and it fell on deaf ears. Now we are supposed to believe that Holland had nothing to do with this mess?

This is about the murdering Van der sloots, not the security guards or the Kalpoe's alone. They would have been toast long ago is there weren't Dutch citizens involved.

It's a total smokescreen, and classic politics. Blame the very people you won't discipline because you know that they know you approved of what they've done, even if they publically say something different.

Yet the Dutch who like to see themselves as concise, are sure extremely vague and abstract when it comes to this case. They refuse to be specific when discussing what went on here.

Shame on Fox News for giving expertise to Arlene Schippers and Julia Renfro. Talk about not doing your homework.

And why charge them with rape and murder and claim "more than circumstantial evidence."

Janssen, Dompig and Jacobs have a story to tell. They have jobs to prevent them from telling it.

Do you have any doubt that if they found themselves without income, they may have something someone might pay to hear?

We're at higher levels now. Rik Smid no doubt has some explaining how you can find cause to hold someone in jail for 3 months but not enough evidence to issue a search warrant for the suspects property?

I mean is it a coincidence but does it seem like the "legal system" in Aruba is waiting on a U.S. Court? Why? What possible connection is there?

Oh I know, I'll have to wait for Greta to ask Julia Renfro or Arlene, relative of Guido Wever, what the connection is?

So now we hear that the Van Cromvoirt's have left their big house and white contract to move off Aruba. Joining the Gottenbos' in picking up and leaving. Where to? Holland, of course.

All under the watchful eye of Karin Janssen.

Just curious Karin, if you found out Beth was related to Hitler, would that be a good thing? Do you see Hitler when you see a picture of Natalee? Is that why you refused to meet with Beth because you were too busy?

Way to stay focused. You have been shameful beyond words.

Who Blue whom, to sell insurance along with a $99 fare to Aruba? Why charge at all? We know that fare is not much more than buying lunch on a plane now so why bother when you're really trying to sell the value add's on you're lovely honeymoon in paradise?

The insurance, the weapons, the personal bodyguard, the drink taster... All the little features that make Aruba a cut above.

The Jet Blue Scapegoats, the security guards have benchmarked the price of a prison sentence on your behalf. A cynical marketing campaign aimed at Joe Tacopina's clientele and other New Yorkers. Not to mention the Philadelphia transvestite market and it's leader, Frank Rizzo.

But seriously, my son used to travel Jet Blue cross country 5 times a year, until yesterday. Its a small statement to be sure. But it's my own and it feels like freedom.

The suffering over injustice, over the horrific Van der sloots, is the flip side of freedom.

So it's just one little sign and about $2500 in fares, but hey it's nothing personal Jet Blue when I go elsewhere. Your future is People Express's past.

This is part of the statement released by Karin Janssen on 10/7. It sure sounds like Holland has always been in control of this case. It's time to revisit the differences in the way the security guards were treated and the Dutch suspects were treated.

'In the prosecution of criminal acts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office operates completely independent from the Minister of Justice and the Government of Aruba. The Public Prosecutor’s Office does not have to justify its actions with regards to the prosecution of criminal acts to the Minister of Justice or the Government of Aruba. All the accounting that the Public Prosecutor’s Office has to do, will be done before the Common Court of Justice of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba. Only the Common Court of Justice judges if the Public Prosecutor’s Office has done its work, the persecution of criminal acts, correctly. If that’s not the case, the Common Court of Justice can give the Public Prosecutor’s Office the necessary instructions. The Minister of Justice and the Government of Aruba do not have a say in this process. They cannot give instructions to the Public Prosecutor’s Office to prosecute somebody or to start a criminal investigation.'

Reporter: Okay, let me ask you about the search of Joran Van der Sloot house. Apparently this kid lived in an apartment that was connected to or sort of adjacent to his parents house.

Dompig: That is correct

Reporter: And the police only searched his apartment, deputy chief?

Dompig: That is correct. The fact is that we as a law enforcement agency always try to get the maximum. Meaning that we want to search as much places as possible. We were not granted by the judge a search warrant for the complete house, we only received the warrant for the apartment.

Reporter: But what about after Paul Van der Sloot was arrested, couldn’t you get a warrant to search the house then?

Dompig: It was also denied, we were a bit disappointed with that. The judge was coming from another island I must point out. He said we didn’t make a good enough case to get a warrant.

How do we know that Karin Janssen even knows how to request a search warrant? Her dna samples on the 3 suspects were thrown out by a judge.

Holland and Aruba are no more clear than the stories of the 3 suspects. Getting answers from anyone is difficult. It shouldn't be, it's real simple.

...it's rough to stay on board, but it sure does give you thick skin. The infighting is a sign of how much intensity there is, still. The downward spiral brings no joy for anyone. Would you have done something different given the chance Aruba?

The quiet in Aruba a kind of perfect justice. Can't you see Julia, Arlene, Croes, Oduber and the Van der sloots huddled in a room trying to guess if they should peek out the door and see if "they" are still out there?

Yes they are, and don't let the quiet fool you. New York or not, nobody is going anywhere. The guilty are just as easy to pursue in Australia as they are in Aruba.

Now "the poor and innocent" are taking to the street. And still, too much pride to ask for help. What other entity started with so much good will, a customer, the U.S. willing to help, and were turned away. Not only turned away but hated, attacked. One of our own, slandered in damage control techniques so outdated. So ineffective.

With the rock painting and Paulus talking with Natalee videos going unanswered for, it looks like "no answer, is the answer."

Anonymous people in anonymous places doing better work than high priced New York lawyers. And they are winning.

I hope it keeps Aruba up at night realizing that their own corruption was not of interest, the media had no market for it before Natalee. And if Aruba had done even a basic investigation and prosecuted this crime, the perceived "secrets" being used as leverage would have had no value, nobody would have cared.

Justice for Natalee would have meant resolution and prosecution, not what it has now become, a complete country under scrutiny and people who have become permanent fixtures in our mind and on our fingers. We didn't want Aruba to say "uncle" we wanted them to say "help." But they just couldn't bring themselves to do it, not for Natalee or for themselves.

Dave and Robin were told by the FBI that the information they had seen showed Natalee was dead. I believe that occurred on the 8th or 10th of June.

This appears to be the final and most definative statement made to the family. Several things about this are disturbing. Van der Stratten was still in charge. Marianne Croes was the spokesman for the ALE. The FBI only saw what van der Stratten wanted them to see. Three weeks later Janssen made her statement that she knew of no information that would indicate that Natalee was dead.

Recent charges against Guido Wever and GVC fell apart because they included a charge of murder and no such charge can be supported. Wever said as much in his cryptic comments.

The attention on Aruba is unprecedented. So if you think interest is waning, because something isn't on television or a cable news show, you'd be underestimating the shift that has taken place. The traditional media has never looked so old or slow.

Aruba is overwhelmed, surrounded. Just 5 years ago, this would never have happened. Ironic for an island that has a relationship with the internet. While they may lash out at a media, or the media that they can't control, there is no doubt, Aruba and the Van der sloots are surrounded.

The corrupt and the complicit in Aruba are acting like crewman on a submarine not wanting to breathe so as not to tip off the enemy of their location. They are waiting for the sound of a pin to drop before the explosion.

It's way beyond Natalee now.

By anyone's measure, especially anyone reading this, Beth and Dave have moved mountains. No longer must we question whether Aruba is incompetent or corrupt.

The Aruba Brand is already ruined. What remains is how to take as much flesh from the bone as is left. Sharks like Joe Tacopina got his chunk, just in time. What better way to get money out of Aruba than overpay a dated legal bully.? One who's comfortable dealing with criminals. But even that old school approach seems kind of ridiculous. Who was that guy? Wasn't he going to sue someone, maybe even Beth? Or was that Steve Croes that was going to sue Beth? Steve Croes, the guy who came forward on his own to corroborate the Van der sloot story that Natalee was dropped at the hotel. Now what innocent person would go to the police on his own and lie about a lie?

Why is there no difference between fact and fiction in Aruba? Aruba lost control of the story because even in a world of "misinformation" they're fiction didn't add up, laughable stories that may have worked in the past to fool locals. Just mountains of lies and there is that point where you can't keep track of lies and it all falls apart. You know, the point when the guilty get angry and blame the accuser for pointing it out? Think teenagers. The internet ate up and spit out information with speed some people still don't get.

Paul Van der sloot ain't Gabriel Garcia Marquez.

An expensive attorney was no match for a grannytoad, Pearl or a tamikosmom and not especially for an ordinary and ferocious mother.

A trailblazer, Beth Twitty, not taking the bullying from Aruba or New York. The parental rage to fight the testosterone and misogny of the Van der sloots and their attorney. Beth's rage is beautiful as is the rage of other women taking up her fight and raging furiously with her.

Still at it, over a year later.

Beth and Dave are an inspiration. As is Grannytoad, Tamikosmom, Pearl and others. They can castrate Tacopina faster and with more clarity than Greta can say "Tito Lacle." They're parenting is what keeps the connection strong, especially to other parents. If we can't support them, who can we support? What kind of mind can endorse the Van der sloot's behaviour, for what reason?

I can guarantee you that Grannytoad and others would accept no amount of money to come on television and try to sell us that when Joran walks around Aruba people come up and hug him. That visual still provokes a smirk. And the thought of Paul Van der sloot sending ideas to his attorney Joe Tacopina. "Consensual, community service, Hitler, Natalee was the agressor, the media, sweet kid"... and on and on. That must have been quite a blamestorming session.

I support Beth and Dave. Joran Van der sloot never had parents qualified to take on that role. It took Natalee Holloway to say no. But she never had a chance. The Van der sloots continue to endanger those around them. The arrogance alone needs a response.

Like Natalee, Aruba never really had a chance. They acted like you do when a police car gets behind you on the highway, you think they're after you for something, anything, even though you can't remember exactly what for, but you feel guilty. They over-reacted, over-reached in the sterility of the cover up. No evidence? Really? Did Natalee exist after Carlos n' Charlies?

The Gottenbos didn't run from Aruba because they just happened to be "ready for a change."

How fitting that the noose is tightening around "nobody is above the law" Nelson Oduber? He, desperately trying to get off Aruba. Or "how much money do you have" Dennis Jacobs having to look over his shoulder. I assume you realize you are the prime scapegoat target, don't you?

Or like Dompig, were you doing what your "superiors wanted?"

But some things, upon reflection, look different. "It's Beth's fault" for instance. Seems epic to me, like a compliment. Paul Revere wasn't raised to be a hero either, he just was.

But we are suffering. Janssen throws around "heavy battery, premeditated murder, rape" all over this case and leaves it at that.

Are you kidding? Deepak Kalpoe admits he had sex with Natalee and he doesn't deny leaving the last place she was seen alive with her and he's walking free?

The experience of moral suffering tells us something important about ourselves. It tells us we have a soul. Suffering is one of those points in which man is in a certain sense 'destined to go beyond himself.'

There's no joy whatsoever in this situation. There's no satisfaction watching Aruba disintegrate. Nobody cared about corruption and favors. We just wanted justice for Natalee Holloway.

It's not a local crime anymore. It never will be.

Natalee, not the U.S. or anyone one of us, deserves justice. She, herself, has sacrificed enough, the family has worked too hard and made the ultimate sacrifice.

If you can't stand behind that, what can you stand behind?
