Did Oduber talk to Condi?

Diario is reporting on a meeting that took place in Aruba last night:

'At one point in the meeting, Prime Minister Nel Oduber started to suggest that they have to look at the Public Ministry for who is responsible for this situation. Nel Oduber insinuated in the direction of the Attorney General, Head Officer Of Justice and other police functionaries who have failed in this case.'

Sounds like a good idea to me. The message may be squeezing through.
